I stayed here on a solo trip. The location is fantastic. The facilities are comfortable and there were no problems. You might be a little confused about the check-in process, but you can just call a staff member using the phone provided near the door.

I specifically requested a room with a window to dry clothes when booking, and the landlady thoughtfully arranged it. The service was excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding amenities were complete. It's close to multiple subway stations, and also very near Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars. A great choice for a family trip!

This was the 2nd room I booked for our family travel. The owner may have a strong tone of voice but doesn't mean she's angry. She's just passionate in explaining the situation. She was actually finding solutions to accommodate us even when we brought an extra person and we really appreciated that she didn't charge us anything extra. Her Filipina staff was very polite and thoroughly cleaned our room, changed the sheets and the supplies. If you're tall or uncomfortable with small spaces, it's better to find a hotel as this is intended for budget travellers. Clean place, good connection, just a minute to the train station, reasonable price, close to tourist spots. Thanks for accommodating us.

Stayed in a sea-view room with a balcony on the 16th floor, very comfortable. The landlady was very welcoming, and the cleaning lady did an excellent job.

This is my third stay at this hotel during my trips to Hong Kong. The reason I've chosen the same hotel for three consecutive years is its prime location, which makes getting around, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Sister Chen from the hotel has always been so welcoming and attentive, making each visit to Hong Kong a truly pleasant experience. We've already planned to stay here again next January.

The room was spotless. Although it was small, that's to be expected in a prime location like Hong Kong. The sheets were freshly changed and smelled clean. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful, and they even offered luggage storage. The location couldn't be better – it was convenient for getting everywhere.

My running buddy, Brother Mao, recommended this place. It's located in the Mirador Mansion on Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. It's just one stop away from West Kowloon Station, and right downstairs is the starting line for the Hong Kong Marathon. What a find! The landlady found out that my friend and I, two elderly ladies, specifically came to Hong Kong to run the marathon, so she kindly upgraded us for free to a triple room with a balcony. From the balcony, you can see Victoria Harbour, which is even more beautiful at night. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Avenue of Stars and Victoria Harbour. On race day, the service was even more thoughtful – we left our luggage at the room door, and the landlady helped us take it back to the front desk. We were truly touched and very grateful to her! Downstairs is the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, with two or three other MTR stations nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is full of all sorts of shops, with everything you could possibly need, from food to everyday items. The room had a kettle and a mainland Chinese power strip, so we could charge our devices without needing a converter. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone. We wish the landlady good health, safety, and a prosperous business! (We were too busy sightseeing and forgot to take photos).

Customer care was very poor, the lady at the reception shouting at clients instead of having some courtesy. Bathroom was dirty.

The room was quite small and a bit dated, but the price was reasonable. It had all the essentials and was conveniently located for transportation. Great for sightseeing, tourism, and shopping.

Good hotel very near mrt and good reception and workers very good guest house

Very simple accommodation in a convenient location. We got a room upgrade and got the key deposit waived - lovely service. There is electric kettle. Old style AC with only on/off but does the job. The shower is in the toilet. Spent one night.
