Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The sea view room was absolutely breathtaking. The front desk service was top-notch, truly international standard. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong. The MTR station is super close and convenient, and the value for money is excellent.

The hotel is well-equipped with toiletries. I was worried there wouldn't be toothbrushes due to Hong Kong's plastic ban, but this place has everything. While there's no bottled water, the room has a water filter so you can refill your own. It's close to North Point MTR station and there's a mall right outside, making it super convenient for getting around, whether you're heading to Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. Recommended!

The environment is clean and hygienic, and the scenery is beautiful. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Check-in was quick and no deposit was required. The room was very clean, soundproofed well, and offered a great night view of Victoria Harbour. The breakfast was plentiful and my kids loved it. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The room was a bit small, but the sea view room offered great views. The hotel is quite eco-friendly, providing filtered drinking water. It's a 2-minute walk to North Point MTR station, an area with a vibrant local atmosphere, and it's conveniently connected to a shopping mall downstairs.

Stayed again, and even with a different room category, the service was still impeccable. The room's window was angled, but I could still catch a glimpse of Victoria Harbour, which was incredibly moving.

The room was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel facilities and service staff were also excellent, with no issues of discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. The environmental hygiene was very thorough. There are also dining options nearby, and the Riverside Avenue downstairs is perfect for a stroll.

I adore this hotel! This is our second time here, and we chose a room with a view – it was wonderful and very comfortable! It's also not far from the city center by metro. The staff is lovely. The pool is great, but it closes if there's rain or a storm warning.

Let's not even talk about how small the room was; I understand Hong Kong is an expensive place. The room facilities were identical to a budget hotel on the mainland—cramped and cheap. The toothbrush bristles even fell out! The front desk service, for a five-star hotel, was so awful it shattered my perception of hospitality. Is this really Hyatt's standard? **Hygiene**: The tissue box looked like the previous guest had used about a fifth of it, folded into a triangle so the next guest could just pick it up. There were also hairs on the glass windowsill. **Service**: The service was truly something else. As fellow Hyatt members, foreigners were allowed to check in first. Is this hotel still playing favorites with foreigners? The two male front desk staff members had very bad attitudes; it felt like we owed them a huge favor just to check in. **Environment**: The 'influencer' infinity pool, right? You can just enter and exit without a swim cap or goggles. The staff apparently doesn't care about any grease or dandruff in the water! It's a very small pool, and absolutely filthy. How on earth did it get hyped up as an 'influencer' pool? I've stayed at so many five-star hotels, but this one is truly beyond salvageable—like trash that can't even be recycled. It should just go out of business already.
