The hygiene was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. There was even a dedicated manager who explained all the hotel's facilities. The hotel is brand new, and you get direct sea views from the swimming pool and gym, which I loved. Very satisfied, I'll definitely come back next time! 🇭🇰

The room was great, with amazing views from both the main area and the bathroom. The location is excellent, very convenient for the subway, and just a short walk to the ICAC building, making it easy to visit. Downstairs, there's a pet-friendly cafe, and a restaurant on the second floor. They also offer other room service options, so you won't have to worry about finding food.

Convenient location, comfortable environment, and good service. However, the check-in process was a bit time-consuming; hope it can be improved.

The facilities aren't too old. Check-in wasn't very efficient, but the concierge for luggage storage was quite good. Exploring North Point, there are a few really nice restaurants. The night view of Victoria Harbour from here is quite beautiful.

The room was very clean and the view was great, I really recommend everyone to stay here! Plus, there's a beautiful infinity pool and the service is excellent. I'll definitely be back next time!

It was so comfy I like that we can take shower when we arrive even we haven’t get the room yet…and the extra bed from sofa is soooo comfy

The hotel is super convenient, just a three-minute walk from North Point MTR station. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, the blackout curtains work perfectly, making it quiet and cool. The sea view and night view are absolutely stunning! The hotel even gave us vouchers for famous local snacks around North Point, which were free and tasted great. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit.

The hospitality is amazing, front counter staff has been helpful with the sweet recommendations of food. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great, Starbucks located just at ground floor. Nearby shopping mall made it easier to get the things you needed. Convenient marts around the area ease your necessities.

Not bad, the twin room was a decent size. Good value for money. The service was good. Recommended.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The check-in process took around 15 minutes while waiting for the key cards to be prepared. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel no longer provides bottled water and has instead installed a water filtration system in the room, which I found to be a convenient and environmentally friendly alternative. However, I was surprised to find a used dental floss pick next to the water filter station. This raised some concerns about the room's cleanliness standards. I emailed the reservations team to inform them of the issue, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I then went out for the day, expecting the item to be removed during housekeeping service. However, it remained in the same place throughout my stay and was still there when I checked out, suggesting that the area had been overlooked during cleaning. I also noticed a faint lipstick-like stain on the duvet cover. I only discovered it on the second night, and since I was checking out the following day, I did not request a replacement The hotel kindly prepared a birthday cake for me, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated, as always. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay. However, given the room rates and the hotel's 5 stars positioning, I believe greater attention should be paid to housekeeping and cleanliness. While these issues did not significantly affect my stay, they were unexpected and below the standard I would anticipate from a hotel in this category.

Good hotel with a great location, less than 5 minutes from the MTR, the view from the rooftop pool is fantastic and we also loved the Cruise restaurant. We will definitely return.

Great hotel, beautiful view on Victoria harbour, clean room, a bit small, but ok. There is a water filter in the room for hot/cold water, no plastic bottles! 👏👏 Marvelous rooftop restaurant with delicious food and beautiful view. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of different choices of Chinese and Western food. Special thanks to very nice Myra, who surprised us with sparkling wineand cute cake for our wedding anniversary. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 The only minus is that the interior of the room was a bit outdated and we were missing the laundry room (but there was a laundry service available). They borrowed us iron and iron desk, when we needed it.

Hyatt Centric North Point is in a great location, right above a mall and MTR station, and very close to the waterfront promenade. The rooftop pool is excellent, and the service, environment, attitude, and facilities are all top-notch. I'll definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

The hotel is conveniently located at Exit A2 of North Point MTR Station, with easy access to various restaurants in the nearby commercial area and a supermarket downstairs. The city center is just a 10-minute MTR ride away. There's also a waterfront promenade downstairs, perfect for a run or a workout. Plus, the hotel gym offers great views.
