I did not stay at Xia Men Guest House but I stay the hotel next door(same group). I arrived late but hotel email me 2 hrs before CI as there is no receptionist at the hotel but you can call the number to CI. BUT the worst is the smelling. I feel very sick after ci. There was strong smoke smelling all the stay. The room I got, there is no window and the towel is too oldddd.

The price/performance ratio is good, the room is small but very clean, very close to the subway, and the service is very good. We arrived 3 hours early, and the staff also helped clean the room for us to check in.

#好評#對鄰近活動，鄰近餐廳滿意；#負評#對性價比，走廊隔音，安全性，隔音失望；携程对我订的香港厦门宾馆没有尽到调查义务，该酒店环境恶劣，临近多次发生命案的重庆大厦，居住人员复杂低端，印度人马来人和当地***人群聚集，安全隐患非常大。酒店就是居民住宅改造的，像内地群租房一样隔成很多小间，房间狭小设施简陋，一旦发生火灾很难逃生。服务极差，只有一个既听不懂又不会说中文的女人做前台，出现问题根本无法沟通，酒店完全可以请一个会中文的，我相信一定是特意安排避免房客提要求，老板根本不来酒店，留的座机也不是酒店的，虽然能接通但老板只有晚六点后才能接座机，有事很难沟通。酒店提供饮用水，房客都不能接走喝，只能站着用一次性水杯喝，非常小气和侮辱感极强。没有早餐，不提供牙刷，门锁是电子锁，住过一天的人，就可以退房之后第二天用密码打开门，安全隐患极大。这样的旅馆就是垃圾，能上携程简直就是拉低携程的层次，这次行程让我大为质疑携程的经营，你们把这样的房源放到自己的服务里，就不怕出现问题负有责任吗？！
