環境很差 上電梯的時候還有黑人等着 上去聯繫不上店家 在過道已經感覺到環境很差 很大異味 不敢住

這是一次糟糕的酒店體驗，我們在那裡大半夜等了快一個小時才入住，本來是2張1.2米的床換成了1.2+1米的2張床，老闆又讓我們早點退房（9點），窗外空調水滴滴答答很難睡着。説配有洗漱用品衹有毛巾。

（避坑，避坑，避坑，）定房前，大家擦亮眼睛，定了不能退！不能退！不能退！我是4月30號晚上8點多下單，定的5月1日～3號的，然後看了下評價太差了，環境也差，晚上9點我申請退款一小時的時間商家不給退，兩天1600多，我和店家溝通講普通話，他一會兒粵語，一會兒英文的就是不給退！攜程溝通無果！
