Empire Prestige Tsim Sha Tsui

The hotel's actual condition drastically differs from what was advertised. The room was incredibly small, and the air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to sleep. The bedding hygiene was questionable, and I ended up with several bites. I'm shocked this terrible hotel has a rating above 4.5 and claims to be among Hong Kong's top ten luxury hotels! I hope the platform takes this seriously, and we reserve the right to report this to regulatory bodies and pursue legal action.

Manager Liu was excellent, very polite and thoughtful. Great value for money! The hotel's afternoon tea was also fantastic, and the location is good! I'll definitely come back again.

The hotel room wasn't large, but then again, most hotel rooms in Hong Kong are on the smaller side, so this was actually very good. The room was well-equipped, clean, and everything felt quite new, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel boasts an excellent location in Tsim Sha Tsui; you can find plenty of Hong Kong-style food just a short walk downstairs. It's also very close to the MTR station and Victoria Harbour, and there are numerous shopping malls nearby. The hotel's Hong Kong-style afternoon tea is also worth trying if you don't have other plans. A special shout-out to the friendly and attentive front desk staff who helped us move to a higher floor, allowing us to enjoy a view of Victoria Harbour from our room. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The room was very clean and compact. For this price in Hong Kong, it's really good value for money. You can even catch a glimpse of the sea. The soundproofing was also decent, so I slept very well at night.

The room was nice, and the reception staff were warm and patient. It's not too far from the cruise terminal and the subway is quite close. Both the breakfast and afternoon tea were good, suitable for all tastes, and vegetarians will find plenty to eat. There's also a great vegan restaurant called Bodhi Veggie right next to the hotel.

My stay at the Empire Hotel Kowloon · Tsim Sha Tsui was absolutely fantastic – I highly recommend it! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; not only were they delightful, but they also proactively upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding and modern, spotless bathroom facilities. Every detail spoke of quality. A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the entrance who assisted me with my luggage twice; she was wonderfully attentive and helpful. Even after I checked out, she still stored my bags for free, which allowed me to explore without any worries. The hotel lobby also features a kids' play area with colorful balloons and wooden toys, creating a cozy atmosphere – it's truly family-friendly. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. It's a high-quality, excellent value-for-money option in the Tsim Sha Tsui area. I strongly recommend it!
