This hotel is absolutely perfect in terms of location, views, facilities, and service. I'm extremely satisfied. The only downside is the price, but other than that, I have no complaints.

This hotel boasts a clean and elegant environment, with spacious rooms and excellent natural light. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the location is superb. My stay was incredibly pleasant, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The room was comfortable, and the hotel even upgraded me. I had a view of Victoria Harbour from my window, which was very relaxing. The hotel service was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Undoubtedly a 5-star rating! Spacious rooms, Victoria Harbour view, balcony, located above K11, and excellent service. Most importantly, they have a washing machine (with 3-in-1 detergent pods provided), which is an absolute lifesaver for a mom traveling with kids! If I had to nitpick, the pool is a bit small and closes too early. I wanted to swim later in the evening because it was too sunny during the day, but then found out it closes at 7 PM. That's truly puzzling 🤔

We went for an exhibition and the neighborhood was great, as was the proximity to the exhibition by ferry! We'll definitely be back.

was celebrating anniversary here n the staff were so nice to prepare us a bit of a decoration n sweets. the overall interior was cosy n clean, spacious room w great amenities, don’t have to worry abt food since we can either cook (oven, stove, coffee machine available) or order takeaways (staff will help getting the food directly to the room) here. hv had a wonderful time here, thanks team for the lovely stay!;)

From studios to three-bedroom units, various layouts and configurations are available to suit different guest needs. Each residence features a fully equipped kitchenette and a private balcony, offering stunning Victoria Harbour views or vibrant cityscapes, allowing guests to curate their own lifestyle in a comfortable setting. K11 ARTUS embodies a kind of understated luxury. Its entrance is so discreet that you might not even realize it's a high-end serviced apartment. However, once you step inside, you'll be increasingly delighted. Beyond the unassuming front desk, you'll immediately enter a long corridor, like a time tunnel, leading to the guest rooms. But it feels more like walking through a long river of history, with ancient artworks lining both sides. Whether it's a painting or a book, each piece tells an old story. And outside the bright floor-to-ceiling windows, the ancient Victoria Harbour stretches out, with the gentle sound of boat horns seemingly recounting tales of the past. We stayed in a Grand Harbour View One-Bedroom Apartment. The room was spacious, with a large balcony directly facing Victoria Harbour. The bathtub also offered harbour views while bathing. The hotel's pool, in particular, boasts unbeatable Victoria Harbour and city views. Below the room is the famous Avenue of Stars in Hong Kong, and the scenery is truly superb. The bedding was soft, and the kitchen facilities were very well-equipped. We bought groceries from the supermarket in the mall downstairs and made breakfast a few times. The cooking utensils were easy to use, and the tableware was comprehensive. Service was also excellent; the staff were friendly and polite. We didn't dine at the hotel, so I can't comment on the restaurant. Upon learning that my son and I happened to be celebrating our birthdays, in addition to the standard welcome snacks, a delicious cake was specially delivered and pre-chilled in the room's refrigerator upon check-in. They also provided a mini painting kit and beautiful birthday balloons. Overall, K11 ARTUS offers great value for money. Not only is it a rare spacious find in land-scarce Hong Kong, but it also provides a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city, making it very suitable for family holidays. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

My stay at K11 ARTUS in Hong Kong was, overall, beyond my expectations. The location truly can't be beaten. Right downstairs is K11 MUSEA, making dining, shopping, and enjoying sea views incredibly convenient. You're just a short walk away from stunning Victoria Harbour nightscapes. The room design is a sophisticated, understated modern style – clean, quiet, and with excellent attention to detail, especially the bedding and soundproofing, which are more comfortable than many standard five-star hotels. What I appreciated most was the 'apartment-style' feel. It’s less formal than a traditional hotel, making it feel more like having a temporary home in Hong Kong. The staff were generally professional and quick to respond. The high-floor views were a huge plus; sitting by the window at night, watching the lights of Victoria Harbour, really captured that Hong Kong movie ambiance. Of course, it wasn't entirely without drawbacks. The price is definitely not cheap, with noticeable surge pricing during peak seasons. Also, the elevators and lobby can get crowded during busy periods. However, if location, views, convenience, and overall quality are what you prioritize, I believe it's absolutely worth it. In summary: This is the kind of Hong Kong hotel experience that 'you'll remember for a long time,' especially for those who truly want to immerse themselves in the Victoria Harbour atmosphere.

This was my first time visiting, and I loved the hotel so much that I ended up planning and booking my next trip to Hong Kong during my stay. Everything was perfect: the service, location, and condition of the room.

The hotel room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom was also very clean. However, you need to bring your own toothbrush. The hotel entrance was also incredibly discreet and hidden, making it easy to miss! 😂 But the super wide balcony and the sea view truly made it all worthwhile. 👍🏻

The room size is comfortable and the layout is smooth, with Victoria Harbour serving as the backdrop. Getting to and from shopping is incredibly convenient.

The cleanliness and service were very satisfactory. However, the shower equipment in the bathroom felt like it needed more maintenance; the top showerhead sprayed water too widely. The hotel's privacy is quite good.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and our stay was very comfortable. The facilities are excellent and super comprehensive – it was great to be able to do laundry in the room after a day of exploring. Highly recommend – we'll definitely be back!
