酒店大堂環境昏暗侷促。酒店設施稍顯陳舊，手龍頭關不緊在滴水。沐浴露洗髮水用大瓶裝，洗個頭泵了好多下。離開時，侍應生看見有行李要裝車，扭頭就走。二十塊小費給了行李部經理，雖然搬行李動作粗糙，起碼看到還有幫忙。總結:前台服務到位，熱情友好！客房服務迅速且細心。其他一般。

I have stayed for 3 nights and it's a hotel that makes me want to stay in all day. Facilities and service is great but to explore HK is a little harder as it's hard to get around using train or walking. Mostly, I was paying for the view from the room.

12月第二次入住這家酒店，兩次的體驗都是服務態度實在不行，辦個入住因為刷卡前台陰陽怪氣。酒店一些服務員一聽講中文就很抵觸，裝聽不懂，116層套房休息區點個下午茶一個小時都沒送來，因為服務員忘記了，還有五星級酒店大堂服務員居然不會講中文！8月第一次住這家酒店的時候下午一點退房，三點想起來掉了一個裝錢的信封和一條香奈兒牛仔褲在房間，在我的強烈要求下前台陪我去房間找，兩個打掃房間的服務員已經把我落下的信封和一條香奈兒牛仔褲裝在一個袋子，撿到客人遺漏物品居然沒有通知前台沒有通知客人。
