Regarding your concerns about hygiene and bed cleaning, our hotel has long commissioned a professional pest control company to regularly disinfect and eradicate pests throughout the hotel. We also strictly adhere to the policy of completely replacing all sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases in each room after each group of guests checks out, never reusing them. Regarding your reported discomfort, we immediately requested our housekeeping and maintenance departments to conduct a thorough inspection and enhanced disinfection of the room to ensure the highest environmental quality. I was genuinely concerned to read about the difficulties you encountered during your stay at Hotel Stage, and I want to begin by offering my sincere apologies. It’s clear we let you down, and I’m sorry for the frustration this caused.I also regret that the hotel’s location didn’t match what you were expecting. We’re about a three-minute walk from Jordan MTR if you use Exit B2, and Temple Street is around seven minutes away. Ladies’ Market is in Mong Kok, about a 25-minute walk. I’m sorry if this wasn’t made clear beforehand and can see how that would have been disappointing.Your check‑in experience is another area where we fell short. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to return at 3:15 pm and find your room still not ready. We’re reviewing our process to make sure rooms are prepared and inspected in time, and I’ve also spoken with the front desk team about how we respond to guests in these situations. What you experienced is not the standard we aim for.Regarding the missed cleaning on the second day, our housekeeping team follows the “Do Not Disturb” indicator as a sign not to enter the room. If it was on, they would have skipped the service to respect your privacy. I appreciate you letting us know once you noticed, and we did arrange cleaning right away. Still, I’m sorry the confusion happened in the first place, we’ll be reinforcing how this is communicated to guests.I understand you may not want to return, but if you ever change your mind, please reach out to me directly before your next visit.
