The room is like Smoking room and the smell is not good even the pillow and blanket have bad smell.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had Upon arrival, I was greeted by an overall disgusting environment. The room had visible mould, and the bed sheets were not only smelly but also had hair on them. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, the manager unexpectedly charged me a random fee for having my own bathroom, which turned out to be more expensive than the cost of one night’s stay. This felt completely unjustified and left me feeling taken advantage of. Additionally, the manager made inappropriate comments about my body, looking me up and down This crossed the line into borderline sexual harassment and made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay. As if that wasn’t enough, I found a pair of dirty old underwear left in the bathroom. This not only highlighted the lack of attention to cleanliness but also made my skin crawl. The hotel’s location was also concerning, with the area being populated by creepy men, which made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of poor hygiene, inappropriate behavior, and an unsafe environment made for a truly unpleasant experience. Save your money and look elsewhere! The female staff was very kind. That is the only positive thing I have to say.

This hostel is a scam! The rooms are very much different from the pictures. It's very small. No chairs, no tables. The hot water isn't working most of the time. The air rots with cigarette smell.  The owner is scamming his guests upon arrival. They would tell you that you booked a room without a toilet and would offer you a room upgrade with a toilet in exchange for more money. Scamming people is their favorite thing to do!!!  The building is also very scary and shady. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Please report this place.

Charging 15℅ each day for the full price was an extra charge of 360 had when it really was only 120 had. The room was meant to be a double room. Chung king mansions has so much crime I got robbed if 190 hkd. Avoid this hotelier

There is an extra charge that isn't stated on trip. It is HK$40 per person per night, which adds up when you are staying a week with four people. When we got a bit upset at the extra £114 on our bill, the receptionist called us cheap. The manager was more polite and explained that trip had bought our booking from ******* where the fee is stated. When we came back for check in, the receptionist said we had been upgraded and they were waiving the fee for luggage storage (we weren't told that their was a fee for this when they said they'd hold our bags until check in. In the lobby btw.) The room was tiny with two bed basically pushed together and nowhere to put any of our suitcases. The bathroom was fill of mould. It says there is a free water station but it was in a completely different part of the building to us and every time we did get water from there it smelt of chlorine. Its cheap and I think it would be fine for a single traveller but definitely not for families or bigger groups.

What a scam!!!! Never ever try to book this scam hotel!!! Terrible experience......hope this scammers would be reported to the authorities and their establishments be closed!!!!

The most expensive for us yet the most economical in HK. Everything was so costly and has an unreasonable price. The only motivation was that just finish 2 nights. However room was upgraded so I think it was better otherwise we might have faced more difficulties. I didn’t even click any photos.

Uk hostel is the very definition of a smshabby hotel. Don't go there unless you're desperate and do not have any other option. I left the hostel sick. And I spent my last two nights in another hotel.

First of all , the staff are very friendly . I mean, it's like a hood motel with their own spoken tone , most people can get offended but it's the local way and for the price you are paying . So don't expect to get a high end service. Just lower your expectations. Service was good enough , atmosphere quite dull. Room is decent for solo traveller , especially for those on budget. I highly recommend that they should have pest control more often . Imagine you are worried about cockroahes every moment before you sleep. Killed few myself . Lol I mean it's pretty cheap for a stay but a little more effort on cleanliness would great. If you ask me would I book it again . I'm afraid not. Sorry .

The hotel is good. The room I had was small but manageable. The receptionist is very friendly. I highly recommend

The staff on the desk ask for every thing for extra money. Denied to let me to toilet before check in without payment. Very rude behaviour. I can’t recommend this hotel. After some discussion I decided to not check in and look for another hotel.

Rooms for 4 people. The room is very cold. The wind was blowing from the window. The blanket was very thin. There is no toilet paper. There is no towel.
