Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with an instant room upgrade upon arrival, which made our stay even better. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was quiet—great for resting after a long day out. I believe the hotel has a pool, but unfortunately I couldn’t locate it during our stay. The city view from our window didn’t offer much, as it mainly faced neighboring buildings. Breakfast at the hotel was okay, but the location really shines—there are plenty of food options just outside, especially if you enjoy traditional Hong Kong–style Chinese breakfast. There are many coffee shops lined up along the street, and a Marks & Spencer right next door with lots of convenient breakfast choices. Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay and I would recommend it for the convenience and comfort.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient, close to Wan Chai station and the waterfront. The air conditioning was very strong; even without it on, the room stayed cool enough for our five-day stay. When taking a taxi, note that you should exit through the back door of the lobby, where taxis will be waiting in the back alleyway. The complimentary bottled water was also very good.
