Prince Hotel Marco Polo

I initially thought the room would be small, but this hotel really surprised me – it's quite spacious for Hong Kong, which is a big plus! The hotel breakfast was also good. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; I was kept awake for two consecutive nights by noise from the next room. They were talking loudly past midnight, and I could hear everything clearly from my room. Light sleepers should definitely be aware of this.

The hotel was clean and the service was great. The location is excellent, right in Harbour City, making shopping incredibly convenient. It's also just a 10-15 minute walk to both the MTR station and the high-speed rail station. Highly recommend staying here!

Right by Harbour City, super convenient as it's just off the boat. Really nice, the room was spacious, clean, and hygienic. Service was excellent, they offer luggage storage, and disposable amenities were brought up promptly whenever requested.

If you're staying in Tsim Sha Tsui, you absolutely have to choose the Prince Hotel. It's right below Harbour City, making shopping super convenient. The high-speed rail station is right next door, just a 10-minute walk away! The MTR station is also nearby. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Very new and modern. Cleanliness: Spotless and well-maintained. Environment: Excellent location, perfect for high-end shopping right outside the door. Service: The customer service team (staff) was patient, attentive, and thorough.

The room was quiet, though ventilation wasn't great, but acceptable. The hygiene was good, and I didn't encounter any bugs like some negative reviews mentioned. The location is good, within Harbour City, but the hotel isn't very prominent, so it took some time to find. It's a bit of a walk from the MTR station, but still convenient. After dinner, a stroll will get you to Victoria Harbour to enjoy the night view. The front desk staff were all very polite, courteous, and proactively helped with luggage. The breakfast offered a decent mix of Western and Chinese options, and the service staff were enthusiastic and organized. Overall, my stay was a good experience, and I would choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Although the room type I booked wasn't available when I arrived and I was told I'd need to upgrade to get twin beds, I was pleasantly surprised after paying the extra for an upgrade which also included breakfast. It's a real bonus to have such a spacious room in Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, and the 1.3-meter double bed was definitely a highlight.

I specifically requested twin beds when I booked, but when I arrived during a typhoon, drenched and miserable, I was told there were no twin rooms available. I mentioned I booked through Trip.com and had emphasized the twin bed request. The front desk staff then said, 'Our system shows you didn't book through a platform,' implying that if it's not a direct platform booking, even a specific request for twin beds can't be guaranteed. Haha. As consumers, when we book through Trip.com, how are we supposed to differentiate between an agency and the platform's own offerings? Trip.com deserves to be fined. As for the hotel, traveling with a child, I didn't want any hassle, so I paid extra to upgrade to a triple room. Haha. They also claimed the room was newly renovated, but once I saw it, I was speechless. I will never consider this hotel or this platform again.
