The transportation is incredibly convenient, and the high-floor views are excellent. Even without a sea view room, the Hong Kong urban jungle still feels vibrant. You can even catch glimpses of the sea and mountains. All attractions on Hong Kong Island and the Wan Chai Pier are within walking distance. Thanks to the current situation in Hong Kong, we were able to stay in a hotel with great value for money. The facilities aren't new, but they are well-maintained and clean, and the hotel staff are well-trained.

Directly facing a garbage station, there's a smell downstairs. They don't provide bottled water, and the mattress is wobbly, which affects sleep for anyone sharing the bed – I've never used such a bad mattress. They only give one room card unless you specifically ask for more. The vents are visibly dusty, and facilities are old and rusty. Breakfast quality could be improved. The downstairs living area is convenient, though. I'll add more thoughts if they come to mind.

This hotel is really convenient for getting around, and it's super clean. It wasn't noisy at night either. There are tons of places to eat nearby, and the subway is just a 3-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. A few days ago, they even upgraded us for free to a higher floor room due to some issues with our original one, and we also received some complimentary gifts. Whenever we encountered a problem during our stay, the staff were very quick to resolve it. For the price, I also think the location is quite good.

The room was clean and well-equipped, which was very convenient. They even provided drinking water, toiletries, and an adapter. The location was excellent, close to the Ding Ding tram stop, bus stops, and the MTR station. There were also many restaurants right outside the door. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Hey ladies! I just got back from Hong Kong with my little one, and even though I'm still jet-lagged, I couldn't wait to share my experience at The Empire Hotel Causeway Bay! Traveling with a kid usually means tons of luggage, but this hotel made me feel 'lighter' – it's truly a gem for value in Hong Kong! 💯 🔌 First surprise: They provide universal adapters! Seriously, who understands this struggle more than me? Every time I go to Hong Kong, I forget my adapter at the hotel, then either can't charge my devices or have to splurge on a temporary one. This hotel had universal power adapters right in the room, with multiple USB ports! For us, with a camera, phone, power bank, and the kid's iPad all needing a charge, it was a lifesaver! ✨ 💧 Endless supply of bottled water When you're out and about in Hong Kong with a kid, the last thing you want is to run out of water. The hotel lobby and rooms offered free bottled water, and they were very generous with it. If you ran out, just asked housekeeping, and they'd quickly bring more. Not having to lug heavy water bottles from the convenience store back to the hotel was a huge plus for families like ours! 🧊 Mini-fridge + safe, they really get moms! The room wasn't huge, but it had everything, typical of Hong Kong. What surprised me was the mini-fridge – perfect for storing the kid's fruit, yogurt, and any medicine that needed refrigeration. Even better, there was a safe! When we went out during the day, we could lock up our documents and cash, giving us peace of mind instead of carrying our passports around nervously all day. 📍 The location is absolutely amazing, right in the thick of it downstairs! This was the most satisfying part! The hotel is situated right in the heart of Causeway Bay, stepping out directly into the bustling area: 🚇 It's very close to Tin Hau MTR Station and Causeway Bay MTR Station, just a few minutes' walk away. 🛍️ SOGO and Hysan Place are just a short stroll away. If you bought too much and it's too heavy, you can always pop back to the hotel to drop things off, rest your feet, and then head back out. 🍜 There are tons of authentic local eateries nearby, like Sister Wah Beef Brisket Noodles and Bing Kee Cha Dong, all within walking distance, making meal times with the kid hassle-free. 💡 Tips from a 'Signed Traveler': 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ 1. If you're with kids, I recommend choosing a higher floor. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofing was surprisingly good, and it was very quiet at night. 2. The hotel breakfast, while simple, was of good quality and included some Hong Kong-style dim sum, which the little one really enjoyed. This isn't an ad, really! Hotels that understand travelers' needs like this one deserve all the praise! Next time I'm in Hong Kong, I'll definitely choose this place again!

First off, the room was spotless and very clean. While the hotel management overall might be a bit limited, the staff were warm and professional. The front desk thoughtfully prepared coffee, milk tea, and hot tea, which guests could enjoy while waiting to check in. Although it's not a 5-star hotel, it offers excellent value for the price!

The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. As soon as I entered the room, I found long hairs on the bed, which was unbearable 🤦🏿. The extra bed in the triple room had an incredibly hard mattress 😖. The location is good, but everything else seriously needs to be enhanced.

The neighborhood felt great! I love the song 'Next Stop, Tin Hau,' so I chose to stay at the Empire Hotel in Tin Hau station this time. And indeed, the vibe was fantastic. The service, just like in Tsim Sha Tsui, was exceptional. It felt personal and down-to-earth. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of water every day, which was a thoughtful touch. Thank you! It's convenient for getting everywhere; I'm quite familiar with the area now. Staying for several days in a row offered great value for money. Keep up the good work! May we all continue to thrive.
