Location is perfect, just beside MTR station! Room is spacious, clean & comfortable.

The location is superb, right next to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The standard rooms are also quite spacious with great views. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows often offer glimpses of birds soaring in the sky and distant mountains. In the afternoon, the sunlight fills the room, which is beautiful. The staff's service attitude is also excellent; cleaning is timely, and supplies are replenished sufficiently. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Pros: The front desk staff were very nice; they allowed me an early check-in and upgraded my room. They were friendly, and the room had a fridge, microwave, toiletries, and slippers. The hotel has a great design, and there's a bar on the top floor with excellent views. Cons: Both windows in the room faced residential buildings, making the large corner window feel awkward and like I was being watched. I had to keep the curtains drawn and the lights on. The room was also very damp and cold, though I'm not sure if that was due to the weather. There were also some inconvenient design choices, such as the faucet being too short, causing water to splash onto the counter and then the floor. The bathroom door opened in a way that disrupted the flow, and the light switches were confusing and inconvenient to use.

This is by far the most convenient hotel in Tai Koo Shing. It's right by Exit D of the MTR, and the rooms are very comfortable, complete with a water purifier, fridge, and microwave. The service is also excellent. Whenever I come to Tai Koo, I always choose this hotel without hesitation. You can walk to Quarry Bay Park in Tai Koo Shing in about 5-8 minutes, where you can see Kowloon across the water – perfect for a relaxing stroll.

I’ve resided in this hotel many many times, it’s hitherto the best place to have a rest and restore energy here. Needless to say, the customer service is fabulous on account of its flexibility, as well as the easy accessibility, high working efficiency, courtesy and friendliness of their staff members regardless of the front desk, the phone staff, or the housekeeping staff. So elegant and modern is the interior design of the hotel room that an eerie feeling would not be bestowed to residents. The room has always been so spotless, pristine and immaculate. I’m able to enjoy the psychological serenity while lying on the bed, in order that I can restore ataraxia that lasts.

I'm not sure why I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but its location is super convenient, right next to the subway entrance. There's a large shopping mall downstairs with a ton of outdoor brands on the B1 level – Patagonia even had better discounts than their official stores! There's also a cinema. The service was excellent!

Always choose EAST, and always will. The best quality is how quiet it is; the cleanliness and the breakfast on the first floor bring a sense of comfort and convenience to my business trips.

This time, the sea-view room didn't feel as comfortable as the twin room I had last time. The TV is right on the side of the bed, which is really awkward to watch. I bumped into the sharp corner of the bedside table right after checking in and my leg hurt for days. What's the point of this mysterious, dark, dagger-like design? Of course, everything else was as good as always, and I'll still choose this hotel for my next trip.

A returning guest here, always happy to leave a good review! The value for money and service are consistently excellent. This time, I finally found the lobby restroom, haha – it's in the same spot as the EAST hotel in Beijing.

The weather wasn't great on the day we checked in, which unfortunately impacted the views, but luckily it cleared up on our last day and the sea view was stunning. Choosing a sea-view room was definitely the right decision. The hotel room was very spacious, feeling even larger than the advertised 28 square meters. With a large floor-to-ceiling window, you could enjoy the scenery right from your bed. While the decor isn't outdated, I'm not a fan of bathrooms with extensive glass walls these days; it feels a bit less private. The location is super convenient; the hotel's side entrance is right outside Exit D1 of Taikoo MTR station. Although the lobby is on the first floor, it's quite comfortable. It's really easy to get to Central, Sheung Wan, and Causeway Bay on the Island Line. We also visited Dragon's Back, Cape D'Aguilar, and Shek O; it's only two stops to Shau Kei Wan to catch the bus, which was incredibly convenient. Plus, the A12 bus to the airport is nearby, quick and easy, costing only 47 HKD.

This hotel is super convenient for families with kids! It's right next to Taikoo MTR Station D1 exit and connected to Cityplaza by a skybridge. The sea view from our room was fantastic too. But what really stood out was the staff – their service was incredibly thoughtful, warm, and their attitude was just exceptional. I also loved the hotel's decor; it's very artistic. And having a microwave in the room was a really practical touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong. Perfect! 😊😊😊

I've stayed at this hotel twice this year when visiting Hong Kong. Its location is fantastic, with easy access to transport. I really love the interior design and the music; it's totally my style. The rooftop bar is especially enjoyable, and there's a pool too.

The hotel's location is fantastic! You literally step out of the subway station and the lobby is less than ten steps away. **Facilities:** Having an elevator is very convenient, and the hotel's facilities are quite new. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and you can even open your suitcase without an issue. The night view from outside is beautiful, and the blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep. **Hygiene:** Very clean. **Environment:** The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning. **Service:** The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Initially, only a leftover room was available, but after going up, I spoke with the front desk again, and they resolved it beautifully. The staff who helped with my luggage were also very thoughtful and friendly.

Overall the hotel is good. Service is excellent. One thing was i head the loud dripping noise from the ceiling of the room at 3am on my last stay. They changed the room for me asap and arranged a very late check out for me and a complementary lunch and drinks for me.
