I booked a 3-bed room. The room is spacious and clean. All beds are standard bed. In other words, there's no sofa bed! Nice😘

Original booked second level room, but was in poor and dirty condition. Requested front desk if I can change to other room, but they feedback same style room will be the same and no difference unless upgrade. Finally I decided to update and pay extra HKD$10000. Be honest, room after upgraded is a bit better but still not perfect. Washroom leaking and have special smell.

It’s quiet area. The facilities all included. They offered free breakfast for one pax for one room. The room is spacious.

This place is old and tired. The hotel makes a bad impression from the elevator to the room. I stayed in room 908 and that room is in need of a makeover. The grout around the sinks and tub is moldy and dirty. The shower assembly fell off the wall during my shower. My bath towel had a hole in it. The room decor is weird. There are mirrors everywhere with old furniture which gives the room a seedy feel. Other than the location and the good front desk people, I don’t have anything good to say about this place. This hotel is not marketed as a budget hotel but it should be because it has the hygiene of a bad hostel.

Hotel is located in Kowloon City that transportation is not very convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Room size was adequate enough for 2 pepple. Many restaurants were around. Sight seeing of Kowloon City took a few days to visit. I will book it again for my next trip.

The hotel was quite old and you could tell that however the rooms were comfortable and pretty well cleaned. The staff were very friendly and you can easily request items to the room that are delivered quickly. The only downside to this hotel is that the room did not look like the pictures which was a big let down. We booked a three bed room and the beds were joined together in person but this was not seen in the pictures.
