Location is the highlight of this hotel - right next to Tsim Sha Tsui MRT station (Exit L6), less than 10-min walk to the harbour, about 5-min walk to the shopping street (iSQUARE Mall, Adidas, Nike, etc.), about 10-min walk to the halal Wu Zhi Jian Halal Beef Noodles and other halal eateries (New Istanbul Kebab, etc.).
The staff were all friendly and can speak English quite fluently. They are also helpful in answering our inquiries.
The amenities can and should be improved further. There is only one water station for all guests. We had to request for the body wash / soap to be refilled (they should have checked before we checked-in). Toothbrush, etc. are only available for guests to purchase. Considering the price of the room we paid, this should be complimentary to the room especially when we stayed there for four nights.
Overall was quite a good stay but with the price, we can probably have better amenities from other hotels with the same price.
