Everything is fine except the cleaner doesn't know anything about PRIVACY. I suggest that any staff shouldn't enter every room they know are being occupied regardless of how short or how long a guest stays there. I suggest you put a double lock on your doors or a DON'T DISTURB sign to be hanged outside the door. I understand you need to clean the room, but please do it when your guest requested for it so you won't be disturbing someone who is resting or catching some sleep. I hate to say this but I'll say it anyway, you don't need to enter the room to remind your guests about check out time because obviously, THEY KNOW!!

The location was perfect just the lift spoilt we need to walk up or down 1 level and especially with luggage was hard to move

At a good location right next to the mtr exit, room is reasonable, but towels are stained and dirty so bring your own! Bed sheets are fine I guess

It was first time to stay in this building it was ok room was double bed quite big nice price was acceptable

The best hotel in Mirador Mansions

We arrived at night, the reception desk is not working, the door is closed. Does this hotel even exist? We were not able to check in, although in correspondence we were told that the reception desk is open 24 hours. The money was not returned, the reservation was refused to be cancelled!!! I do not recommend contacting this hotel. They deceived us.

The location is great. The sink faucet was broken, so for the price it's okay.

The hotel is mainly in a good location and the price/performance ratio is acceptable for Hong Kong.

This hotel is very good. It is close to the subway station and is very convenient for convenience stores and restaurants. There are also large shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The service in the hotel is very good and well-equipped.
