Firstly, the caretaker was very rude and was shouting and kept swearing at me in cantonese. Once we came in the room, the bed was dirty inlcludimg the pillows and blanket which had blood stains for some reason. The toilet had **** stains as well. I turned on the TV but it was broken with smashed glass and the table had ciggarette ashes and smelt. We asked for clean bed linens but was refused and told us it was clean, all the while shouting and swearing. When asked about the TV, the caretaker said use your phones, noone watches TV anymore. The worst experiemce ever. Do not book this place ever, for your health and sanity!

The room was clean and the landlady was very nice. I had a comfortable stay.

The room is very small, but it's OK as a place to sleep while on a long layover in HK. The owner was helpful in finding the place as I was lost when trying to find it. I went to a building with the same name, to the same floor and could not find it. Later by phone the owner met me on the street, directed to the correct building and let me into the inn. There is no breakfast in this location.

I arrived after midnight and the lady was kind enough to wait up for me. If your not familiar with HK it may be challenging to find this place. It's right next to Jordan subway. I'll stay again if I have a late stay in HK again.

It's a guesthouse, so the facilities aren't that great, but the location is great, and the owner is incredibly friendly. The location is also great, with Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok Temple Night Market nearby.

The room was not clean, the quilt was yellowed, and the windows were rustling. The owner was very nice and welcoming, but communication was a bit difficult. The price was very expensive, but transportation was very convenient.
