Need to improve more service and cleanliness.

Location is good. Cleanliness 5/10. Service 5/10. Toilet flush was not working. No exhaust Fan in the bathroom.

The front desk is very polite, the service is good, the room is clean and tidy, well-equipped.Love this hotel.

Room is clean but very small. The cleaner was very rude opening the door of our room and shouting for checkout. Checkout is so early 10am. And some of their staff are rude.

The room was great and comfortable, the room was breathtaking, and the service was simply PERFECT. I was honestly amazed at how seriously they take the concept.❤️

Really good stay. The lady is really helpful and kind. The room was bigger than the standard tiny HK apartments, location is excellent, nearby promenade. Difficult to find the reception, it’s the first elevator on the left on 11th floor at the building, opposite site to Singapore exchange point. Entrance to the building next to the watsons isquare mall

Good hotel price location facilities and view nice in hongkong

They don't do roo. Service and cannot provide water..

I book 2 days stay. But after comeback on the next dag night, my room was given to other person. I loss all of my belongs that I left in that room in the morning.

Clean and good very small the room for couple and they have no blanket

The guys of the front desk who come from ****** were very rude,insult customers .Never recommend here unless u wanna live in ****.
