Got a free room upgrade! It’s on a lower floor so the view isn’t great, but the room itself is really spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location’s super convenient — lots of good food and bars just a short walk away.

Spacious enough for Hong Kong. Good value. Clean. No breakfast and no bottled water! I would stay here again. Convenient location close to West Kowloon station and Tsim Sha Tsui restaurants and bars.

Not sure how the hotel is because the hotel last min message cannot provide a room like just 24h before flight then only mentioned. Luckily trip.com and the hotel manage to find a replacement hotel for me and the replacement hotel is more nearer to the mrt

A very quiet place in crowded and noisy Tsim Sha Tsui. Very clean room and comfortable beds.

This is the first time I stayed in a TST hotel! Location is a huge challenge! Not only is it not close to any MTR station; you’ve to climb uphill to reach the hotel! Definitely not for the weak and old!
Room is a bit dated and due for a major overhaul!
Won’t come back again!
