This was a really unpleasant experience. I originally booked a room on the 10th floor online, but they put me on the 17th. The elevator only goes up to the 16th floor, so I had to lug two suitcases up to the 17th – truly speechless! They also didn't bother to refill the shampoo and shower gel. The water heater wasn't working at first, and I had to call customer service three times. A technician came up and fixed it immediately. Turns out, the lady who showed me to my room didn't even know how to operate the water heater and told me the wrong switch. On top of that, the hot water ran out before I could even finish washing my hair and showering 😂, so I couldn't properly clean myself.
