The location of the hotel near Yue Ma Tei station is convenient to travel. The hotel staff were friendly and kind 💯

Location is good, there is a night market downstairs and near train station. Lots of food nearby as well and walkable to Mongkok. However, the shower water pressure is low and the single bed mattress is too soft and got a bit of backache after sleeping. Room space is just nice, open 3 luggages and no walking space. Towel is replaced daily.

The Hotel staff are fine, but they gave us a small room and asked to pay extra at the hotel so just be careful booking your hotel at trip.com and make sure they understand your request. Avoid dealing with Lorena from trip.com as she was less in knowledge in customer service 2 issues she was not able to handle well unlike , the other staff.

The room has no individual outlets to plug your phone nor individual night lights by the bed, so there this dangerous power outlet that hands off of every top bed. The customer service is non existant and particularky the front desk agent Jason is the worst of all, who is rude, not friendly and appears to be bothered if you ask him anything. The front desk staff is never at the front desk so you have to call them in order to get assistance during day hours. Not sure where they go that they can't stay at the front desk. If you don't mind horrible customer service, this place is clean and nothing else. The beds are very small and cannot stretch my legs out completely (I am 5feet 11). The mattress sinks, and bed creeks and makes loud noise if you move. Good to sleep if you don't mind all of the above. But keep in mind the service is the worst I have ever seen in any hostel around the world.

This property will not disappoint especially if you have already stayed at a Yessin location in HKG. While the Causeway Bay hotel before had a better, international vibe - this location benefits from better access: short, short walk to both the Bus Stop and MTR station. The, the place is surrounded by classic food places day and late into the night.

This hostel close to metro Yau Ma Tei and exit from C walk around 250 meters only . Hostel recipients on 2nd floor and bed on 12th floor But in this budget in Hongkong maybe good price. Other hostel more expensive. And outside this building you can turn left and again left and there is Pakistani restaurant just 20 meter babu bhai you can eat veg food roti and dal ,sabji

was a great stay, super central and i met tons of people, very social atmosphere and honestly the place to be in shanghai haha

The hostel is very well located within walking distance to the MTR with easy access to explore the city. The room is clean and functional - it is small but does what you need it to. For the price I think it’s a good option so long as you don’t plan on spending much if any time at the hostel but just want somewhere clean, safe and convenient to sleep while you enjoy your stay in Hong Kong.

Room was clean and value for money. Very near mtr and lots of eateries. However, it was noisy because of the night market nearby which the eateries opened till late night.
