Location is super good but is abit old hotel so do not expect much but just one night sleep is ok. U need to prepare cash (HK$500) for deposit.

Considering the price, this hotel is great! The location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room isn't small either, and they even provide complimentary disposable bedding. Thumbs up, thumbs up! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I never write reviews, but this place only had a bed and disposable sheets. Everything else you needed, you had to buy at the front desk. That's not the main issue though. The main issue was the bed bugs. I stayed for one night and my legs were covered in bites. It was in a corner room, so I knew it wasn't clean, and I had to leave the disposable sheets there.

The location is incredibly convenient!!!!! The subway station entrance is right outside the door, K11 Art Mall is across the street, and there are some really good restaurants downstairs. Plus, a 7-Eleven is just a short walk away. As for the room, they provide a complimentary disposable four-piece set of bedding. There are cups, but no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or combs. There's a kettle and a mini-fridge, but no complimentary water. The air conditioning works very well, it gets quite cold. Honestly, none of these are big issues for me.

Perhaps due to the high cost of living in Hong Kong, you can't expect a good hotel for 700 HKD. First, the room was tiny. Two small 0.9-meter beds were pushed together, taking up almost all the space. You had to stand in the bathtub to shower, and there was no table, so luggage and belongings ended up on the floor. Second, the air conditioning was old and made a loud noise when turned on, and the sink and bathtub looked quite dated. Lastly, the cleanliness was subpar; there were small bugs on the bed, floor, and around the bathtub.
My personal feeling was to just wait for daybreak and get out of there.
The only positives were the location right next to the MTR exit – the hotel was visible as soon as you exited – and the free luggage storage service (though most hotels in Hong Kong and Macau offer this).

Great location! Close to MTR and many restaurants. Service was ok. I wished there was a chair, a desk, or TV in the room. The queen size bed was little shorter than average. Plus the bedding seemed very old. Uncomfortable overall.

I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff were very kind, welcoming, and attentive, and always ready to help.
The room was a little small, but it had everything I needed and was comfortable. The best part was definitely the incredible panoramic view — absolutely beautiful!
The location is also perfect. The hotel is right across from the metro entrance and in the heart of the city center, which makes it extremely convenient for getting around and exploring the city. That was definitely a huge plus!
The only downside is that the windows cannot be opened at all, so unfortunately there is no way to let fresh air into the room. Because of this, the room can sometimes smell a little stuffy, and it would have been nice to be able to air it out.
Apart from that, everything was great. The location, the staff, the comfort, and especially the amazing panoramic view made it a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
