The hotel was far from the mtr station but they had a free shuttle bus which was very helpful but be mindful of the schedule of the free shuttle bus. And if you don't want to take a ride on the free shuttle bus and need to follow your schedule, the public bus station is accessible from the hotel. Also, you need to buy food before going to the hotel if you do not avail the food of the hotel because there is no restaurant and convenience store near the premises. You can store it in the refrigerator which our room has. Our room is cleaned everyday even if you do not tell them to do so, the staff were kind and our stay in the hotel was very satisfying for most of the kids .

I had an emergency at home so I booked this hotel cause it was close to my work place. But damn I enjoyed every minute I spent there alone !! The night view was amazing

Pros: a very nice, beautiful and clean room. It’s like staying in a condominium. I genuinely liked the room and will come back to stay here again one day. The free shuttle is very helpful as well to send us to the nearest MTR.  The lady who works as a security or street controller was very sweet and helfpul. The views around the hotel are beautiful. Cons: 2-3km away from the nearest mall and neighborhood. I had walked so far away and still not arriving 🤣  Literally there’s nothing around the hotel so you gotta buy things beforehand otherwise you’ll be starving and thirsty! The hotel doesn’t provide drinking water which is crazy 😭 or maybe this is common in HK? Coming from Thailand, we are treated with full service and when we want something, they will give us immediately but here is different 😔  I just didnt like the fact that we had to buy drinking water cause this is a 4* hotel. At least provide a water dispenser on each floor.

They dont provide bottled water or amenities that use plastic. However, you can boil water from the tap dan they provide the pitcher as well as the electric jug. You cannot find any restaurant around the hotel but you can take the free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station and you can find foods seller there. The food price in hotel is acceptable for my breakfast dan dinner. The view from my room is awesome dan the room size is big. My room has a living room dan pantry with sink.

The place is comfy, clean and well ventilated. We love the place and will surely come back. Free shuttle to Tsuen Wan is sooo useful.

This is the fifth time we stay there. The room is big, clean, comfortable.

Hotel is pretty clean and has a really good sea view. Cleaning was every day, The hotel is located in remote area but there is a shuttle bus and a price is affordable.

Easy to find! The stuff is amazing. I had everything I need. Also they help me to change my checkout and I check out at 2 PM instead of 12! Great hotel! Upgraded my room so i had an amazing stay ❤️

Good services and big room but location is not so convenient

The hotel staff is very nice. Hotel is clean and provide a large room compared to other hotels near the city. The hotel has a shuttle bus service btw hotel and MTR. However, no survice after 8:00pm. Overall, We're happy during our stay here. Than you

Thanks for arranging the room with the highest floor. Even though not facing the sea view, but I experienced a good hillside view. The room is already large enough for a short stay. Will book again.

Best service highly recommend. They clean and pick up your garbage daily. Nice view for the suite room. Will be booking again for sure 5 ⭐ rating for me

The room is clean and spacious for the price that I get, maybe bcs the location is a little bit far? But we reach out to Disneyland in less than one hour. If you are planning to visit town this is not the best place to book. And the staff is not too helpful when I missed out the shuttle bus they just laughed at me.

Every services are great. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bus to mtr is very nice.
