I booked the hotel on the day I went to Hong Kong to watch Baselworld. I booked the hotel after one o’clock in the evening to attend a friend’s birthday party. I booked this room for myself. There was an aunt at the front desk. She was very kind when I checked in. The hotel felt that the bed was clean and the toilet facilities were limited The toilet seat is broken, but they are barely usable. There is plenty of hot water. The location is easy to find from the subway station. The front desk will charge 200 deposit the night before and will refund the next day, although the price of 500 is more expensive than usual hotels Yes, but there is no way to make a reservation on the same day. Other hotels have also increased to about 1,000 that day. Although the facilities are relatively old, it is safe and comfortable to live in. Hong Kong is a relatively large room, which is not bad~ It is recommended that you book early if you have a room Service: The service is very good. The grandmother at the front desk at night is very polite and reassuring.

The location is definetely not a walking distance from the nearest metro station, it can not be reach in 20 minutes unless we are an atlete maraton. It is very far ! Better grab a taxi to get to the hotel. The room design are modern and nice but quite small even for a single person stay.

My experience at Royal View Hotel was a solid overall and I especially appreciate the friendly staff and courteous service. The staff are multilingual and helpful when helping with directions, taxi services and exploring the nearby beach. I would visit again and all I would ask to see improvement in is the restaurant. We had inclusive breakfasts and while they were served fresh and hot, there was not a lot of variety. The restaurant also closed at 3pm so you have to travel elsewhere for dinner. Again fantastic service and I'm very happy with booking this hotel. The view of the beach is also a highlight.

This is my second visit to this hotel. I have the same feedback as last time: the room was spacious, the linens were clean, and I felt comfortable. The location is convenient, with café, restaurant, food options, and a supermarket located in the shopping mall downstairs. I highly recommend this hotel.
