Service was very good. We were initially placed in a double room after mentioning we preferred twin beds, but when we asked politely, the front desk attendant immediately changed our room. She was lovely and 5/5 for service.
The room was clean on arrival and the beds were neatly made. Amenities were sufficient, although the property seems more geared toward long-term renters than short stays.
The area itself is not ideal. There is a noticeable homeless population nearby and not much to do within walking distance. It is also a bit of a walk to reach public transport such as the MTR.
We could not figure out how to operate the older window-mounted air conditioner, and the TV/remote did not work during our stay.
Overall, it was an okay stay. However, I would not recommend the area, as it felt somewhat dodgy. The hotel also has many rules that are sent in advance — make sure to read them carefully, as there are several policies that may result in fines.

Excellent! It's rare to find such spacious family rooms in Hong Kong. The bathroom was also very big, and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel even offers a shuttle bus to other parts of Kowloon, which is very thoughtful. Just one small thing: do we need to press the 'clean room now' button for housekeeping these days? We came back at 5 PM after going out and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. But after a quick call, they sorted it out immediately. Overall, a very satisfying hotel, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the MTR station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including many 'bing sutt' (local diners) and a 'cart noodle' shop right next door. Plus, staying at the hotel gets you exclusive discounts there. The front desk staff were very professional and polite; when we realized we didn't have a power adapter, they quickly lent us five! The room was small, but the amenities were quite new. For Hong Kong, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

Checking in and out was seamless. The room and bathroom is on the smaller side but this is known from the description and very normal in hk. The bed was comfortable and clean. I’d recommend bringing ear plugs as the noise from the lift and other guests does carry. I’d recommend and would stay here again as it was comfortable and convenient for my one day layover.

It's quiet around here, not noisy at all. For Hong Kong, the room size is perfectly adequate, and the shower has good water pressure. The lady at the front desk was gentle and lovely. Given that it was Chinese New Year, the price was quite reasonable.

I booked two adjoining double rooms. Though small, they had everything needed, and the hotel felt quite new and comfortable inside. It's located next to a highway, so there was some noise (rooms facing the small road on the opposite side would probably be quieter). I'd say the air conditioning unit was even louder. For breakfast, they offered one pastry and unlimited coffee refills. There was no bottled water in the room, and toiletries and slippers were not provided. It's about a 10-minute walk to Prince Edward MTR station. The value for money is much better than some of the older hotels.

First off, for a city like Hong Kong where every inch is precious, the hotel rooms are actually quite spacious. The entrance and lobby have a newly renovated, modern feel – very grand and definitely not dated! If you can snag a room for 500-600, it's absolutely fantastic value for money! It's just a 3-minute walk from Prince Edward Station Exit C2, so the location is superb! The front desk lady was polite and spoke standard Mandarin, without any strange vibes. However, there was a guy with glasses who was cold throughout, spoke in a super low voice, which felt a bit odd. The room is as shown in the pictures, so you can see for yourself – very clean and the size is great! Everything is provided except for toothbrushes, toothpaste, and drinking water. The slippers, in particular, are really comfy! There's a vending machine in the lobby downstairs, which I thought was a nice perk from the hotel. Water is 3 HKD, and a toiletry set is 10 HKD, which are basically mainland prices – very reasonable! Especially the water, which comes out to just over 2 HKD with Alipay – truly great value! I actually think the hotel could partner with nearby 'bing sutts' (local diners) to offer discounted breakfast vouchers, which would really enhance the guest experience!

I checked in two days before Chinese New Year, and this is by far one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong. The room isn't huge, but for Hong Kong, it's quite good. For around 500 without tax, it's really a great deal. I checked in late at night, and there's a fantastic all-you-can-eat hotpot place on the second floor near the hotel (picture 6), perfect for a late-night meal.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There are so many affordable and delicious food options nearby. This time, they even included two complimentary breakfasts, which were yummy! It's a shame I missed the museum opening hours, so I'll have to save that for next time.

The front desk service is good and the hotel is nice. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. It is really a good hotel worth staying in! Very suitable for friends who are traveling on business!

GGuest UserOverall, this is a decent budget-friendly option, perfect for travelers on a tight budget who still want a convenient location. It's situated near Prince Edward/Mong Kok in Kowloon, about an 8-minute walk to Prince Edward MTR station. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, shops, and amenities, making it super convenient for transportation, shopping, and getting around daily.

2200878****It's very close to Nanchang Park, and the MTR is just a few minutes' walk away. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the hygiene is good. The facilities are average, but for this price in Hong Kong, it's pretty standard. I would book again.

GGuest UserThe room doors close automatically in a noisy slam, making it hard to sleep when your neighbours enter/exit their rooms at night
Inside of clothes cupboard was dusty and moldy , i refuse to hang my clothes inside. Some furnishing is old or discoloured or rusty. No hanging rack in the room to hang up your jacket to air etc. Several lights are spoilt and many of the buttons don't seem to connect to anything. Airconditioning blows directly at the bed, difficult to sleep for those with sensitive nose
Generally serviceable. Pillow, sheets and bed was clean. Twin bedroom 605 was quiet despite having a window facing the main road, which also let's in good sunlight during the day. A short easy walk from the station with many food options, 2 grocery stall and a 7-11 round the corner. Closest MTR station is 2 stops from shopping area.
