As a frequent guest, I have always appreciated the quality of service and comfort your establishment offers. However, on this particular occasion, I must express my disappointment with a few aspects of my stay.
Firstly, the bathroom in my room lacked a facing faucet, with only a shower head available. This made it inconvenient to transfer water from the shower to the bathtub, resulting in a dissipation of the hot water's temperature. Consequently, my bathing experience was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the toilet's flushing force was inadequate, requiring multiple attempts to clear the bowl properly.
Furthermore, during my recent stay, I had planned to check out early at 6 a.m. Unfortunately, the tranquility of my morning was disrupted by the sound of renovation work in the adjacent bedroom at 9 a.m. While I understand that the front desk had informed me about the situation, it would have been greatly appreciated if I had been offered an alternative room to ensure a peaceful stay.
Please understand that my intention in leaving this feedback is not to criticize but to draw attention to the concerns of a loyal and frequent guest. I have consistently chosen your hotel for my accommodation needs because of the positive experiences I have had in the past. I believe that by addressing these issues, you can continue to provide an exceptional experience for your guests, especially those who choose your hotel repeatedly.
