Prince Hotel Marco Polo

Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

Well located but I didn’t like the all tile and glass design and it seemed, if not unclean, “not fresh”. It is a bit dated. The towel rack was hanging off the wall and there are no hooks in the bathroom. Just small irritations… Anyway, it’s probably what you get for the money in that part of town. I would probably try another option next time but the place is certainly OK for a night or two.

The hotel located somewhere close to 厚福街 so you don’t need to worry about food and drinks. About the services, the receptionist is so polite and patient. They tried to answer all my questions with good attitudes. That’s why I really enjoy to communicate with them. I have already bookmarked this hotel and will visit again.

Amazing service. We greeted by two very friendly staff at the front desk despite arriving just before midnight, and we were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room. We had a corner unit on a high floor and the room (and view!) was great. Will be back for sure!

After checking in, I found that it was a barrier-free room. After I asked the hotel, I was upgraded to a deluxe executive single-room apartment. There is a microwave, coffee machine and 4 capsule coffee. The 2 bottles of free drinking water are Llanllyr, British national water. Ctrip said ”hotel early, HKD165, self-organized meal”. The front desk told me: that is the past tense and there is no longer breakfast. The hotel has been renovated and some furniture has been replaced, not as shown on the Ctrip website.

Among the hotels in Hong Kong at this price, this one is quite big, clean and tidy. I called the front desk staff one day in advance and arrived at 2pm the next day. I thought I would need to store my luggage, but I was able to check in directly. The service was warm and thoughtful. , you will be given a ticket to pick up your luggage when you store your luggage. I am very relieved and will choose to stay here next time I come to Hong Kong. Every single front desk staff member was very polite.
