Prince Hotel Marco Polo

Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong
Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

Location is excellent with easy access to MTR station exits and famous restaurants. Have to request at reception if daily cleaning is needed, which improvement is needed as the hotel rate is not cheap. Also take note that towels given got holes.

I moved into the Sheung Wan by Ovolo in April 2021. Initially a three month lease, I ended up staying for over 8 months. The convenience of location, quality of service and reasonable price were factors which kept me staying on. There was only one price increase to my lease which was communicated to me in a timely manner. My stay included room cleaning services once a week, WiFi, access to the communal “speak easy lounge” to do work and heat up my meals, a gym and clothing washing service. The restaurant Te Quiero Mucho serves delicious tacos and margaritas, which I enjoyed during the festivities of the Euro football tournament! The staff were great, especially Honz, who I could contact around the clock. He even provided his mobile number for cases of emergency. The rest of the staff were professional and hospitable - a really nice group of people. As one can expect during Hong Kong summer, my air conditioner unit struggled to keep up. However it was easy to get this issue fixed. I had meals delivered to my room on regular occasions without complications. My co-tenants were pleasant and I felt a sense of community with the familiar faces after a while. One downside is that the lift is slow and doubles as a service lift, which can make coming and going a bit of a slog. In the bigger picture however it really wasn’t that much of an inconvenience. I would highly recommend a long stay at the Ovolo. Location, price and quality of service are unbeatable.

We had a fantastic stay at the Jervoise, in the heart of Sheung Wan, a few steps down from the heights of Hollywood Road. The large studio was bathed in sunlight, and the free expresso pods just made the moment more memorable. We played board games and talked until late in the nice living room.

You can't find a good hotel in every aspect at this price in Hong Kong Need to make a trade-off Pros of this hotel: 1⃣️It is close to the subway station, walk for three minutes to the station, there are restaurants nearby, and the commercial street is very prosperous 2⃣️The environment is relatively hygienic, much better than private hotels shortcoming: 1⃣️Complete self-service check in, no front desk, slightly inconvenient 2⃣️What kind of roommate you meet is like opening a blind box. It depends on your luck. On the first night, I met a guest who checked in early in the morning. I couldn’t open the door for a long time, and the combination lock kept reporting errors; On the second night, I met a strange roommate, checked in at 23 o'clock, and started to pack my luggage at 2 o'clock in the morning, and the sound was a bit noisy at night. Other times everyone is quiet. Overall, the price/performance ratio is relatively high.
