Good condition and services Very clean and comfortable and high efficient for special orders Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus, So many Shopping centres and food centers I lounge for simple bread and juices for breakfast. Also 24 hours drinks and coffee is a very good offering. Little breads for different kind of style , very fresh and good taste Apple or orange juices for the breakfast offering too Conclusions are very perfect

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring I had everything I needed. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and provided all the comforts of home. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to popular attractions and restaurants. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location is good and easily accessible to tin hau mtr. Food location is convenient around the hotel as well.

The hotel is really convenient for family, the tram is located right in front of the hotel, the service is good. The bathroom might be a bit small tho! Overall it’s great breakfast is nice and complete don’t expect much veggie option

+ 1. Easy check in and check out process 2. Very good location , metro is kinda 5 mins down the line 3. Lots of restaurants nearby including 7/11 4. Room got upgraded and bed sheets and towels are very clean , also have air purifier inside the room 5. Staff is ok, not bad but neither overtly polite - 1. Quite old hotel so the lift is quite shaky and outside the room in the corridor area it stinks like cigarette smell 2. Because it’s old room flooring needs repair and windows not clean enough to take photos Overall it’s quite good given the location and the price, wouldn’t mind choosing this hotel again.

The location is amazing! Love it. Service is pretty bad. Sent an email to them 2 days prior my stay. Till the end of my 6 days stay, there is no reply. I was seeking for help for my Macau travel. The lady at the concierge was impatient and replied “Best not to go via that route if you haven’t purchased the ticket” and went to assist another customer. So if you are an experienced traveller in HK and doesn’t not need any direction, this is still a good location. HK has a new rule, they will not replenished any shower gel & amenities etc. I stayed there for 6 days with a friend. I have to bathe with shampoo as there is no shower gel left (it was less filled) on the last day and I am unable to open the lid to mix with water. So I will recommend only if you stay for less than 6 days. I didn’t read the fine prints. We have to pay extra to use the gym. So if gym is a must, do consider other hotels available. It is HKD $80 per pax.

Location is great as it is just opposite harbour city and near to metro station. Hotel staff from reception assisting me for checking in and out or the concierge helping me to get a taxi, all attended to me with a big smile. Will return again if I'm in hk.

The location of Empire Hotel is ideal—it’s close to public transportation and within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Even though I didn’t opt for the breakfast buffet, there are plenty of great cafes and eateries nearby, so finding a meal was easy and enjoyable. Overall, Empire Hotel in Wan Chai is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family. It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life: Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

I paid extra to have a room with nice view, but when I arrived I saw streaks of dirt on the window that spoiled the whole view. I called the concierge to ask for a room change or to clean the windows, but the concierge said that this dirt is outside of the window and all windows have it so they can’t help me with room change or clean it. Also when I went to the sauna, I was told that the sauna was under renovation and would not work for several days. Next time I will stay at another hotel.
