## Review **Ambiance:** The room was spacious and bright, with new facilities. The bathroom was also very roomy, with a separate wet and dry area. Among the several hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong, this was definitely the best. One side of the hotel connects directly to an overhead bridge, providing easy access to the waterfront for night views. It's also just a short walk to Harbour City and K11, which is incredibly convenient. This time, I stayed in a partial sea-view room, and I could see the sea and passing ships from the window. **Service:** The bellhop proactively helped with my luggage, and when I checked out, he even offered to call a taxi for me. He was polite and perceptive – highly commendable! **Cleanliness:** I was bitten by an unknown insect, resulting in seven swollen and unbearably itchy bumps. On the morning of the 7th, after checking in on the evening of the 6th, I inexplicably had many bumps on both hands. The itching was intense. I informed housekeeping, and they said they would disinfect the room for me. When I checked out on the 9th, I reported the situation to the front desk. The front desk staff gave me a bottle of mosquito repellent to apply and said I could get more if needed. I appreciate how they handled the issue! Very satisfied! **Suggestions:** I hope the hotel will provide insect repellents or sprays in the rooms to prevent future guests from being bitten. I also hope the hotel pays attention to small details to make the stay even more comfortable!

Absolutely loved our stay! The 45th-floor family level is such a unique feature, and we could even check in directly there. They gave the kids so many little gifts, and the view from our room was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking panoramic of Victoria Harbour. Plus, the 'grab and go' healthy snacks were a fantastic touch, and the quality of all the food was really impressive. Highly recommend!
