Sheraton Hotels in Hong Kong

The room wasn't particularly spacious, but by Hong Kong standards, it was quite decent and didn't feel cramped for two people. All basic amenities were provided. A key drawback was the lack of a separate shower stall; showering had to be done in the bathtub. The tub was rather high, requiring a significant step to get into, which could be inconvenient and pose a safety risk for elderly guests and children. There was also a connecting door in the room, which initially felt a little odd, but the front desk staff patiently explained it. On a very positive note, every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel greeted us warmly and enthusiastically. That truly deserves commendation.

The location is pretty good, not far from Disneyland, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the Ocean Park. The lady at the front desk who started her shift at 1 PM on the 30th was very nice and enthusiastic. However, the lady on the night shift was a bit... well, her service attitude wasn't great. The room facilities are just average, about a three-star standard in mainland China, but given that space is at a premium in Hong Kong, it's understandable.
