Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

Loved my stay so much - even though it’s listed as a 4 star hotel, the service is better and more thoughtful than some 5 star and reputable properties I’ve stayed in. Location was really good - a short walk from Jordan MTR (on Tsuen Wan line) and we felt safe most of the time. Within a short 7 min walk to the main road, there is a bus that takes you to the airport within 45 mins. There are also a number of famed and quality eateries around the area - including Australia Dairy Co (I’m dreaming of their milk pudding and scrambled eggs as I type this)! The room is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and more (Marshall speaker included, which we used to enjoy high quality sound in the evenings). When we requested for more items, the staff would promptly bring them up within 5 mins (even in the early morning and late evenings). Friendly housekeeping service too! There are complimentary drinks in the fridge which were topped up when we finished them, just as the toiletries were (in fact extra sets were given). Plus points are the air purifier in the room (really helps to prevent the room from getting stuffy and of course, yay to clean air!), the portable wifi device that was included in our package and an anniversary gift and card as my partner and I were celebrating our special occasion :’) The hotel is also focused on sustainability - toothbrushes are packed separately from toothpaste tubs which certainly prevents wastage. I am looking forward to my next stay!

(Forgot to take pictures of the interior of the hotel) It’s the first time to go to a concert. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Coliseum, and it’s very safe to walk in the sky for most of the way. Close to the subway entrance. After exiting Ho Man Tin B1, go forward and go down the stairs to the right and enter a small alley. There are large stone pillars at the entrance of the alley that are easy to spot. We communicated via WeChat in advance and got the room card smoothly. Although the room is small, it has everything it needs. Very clean too. Quiet. Only when you lie down at night can you hear a little bit of traffic outside. Chinese standard plugs are also available The bed is 1.2cm which is not big, so it's OK to squeeze in for one night. But there is one thing. When I asked for an extra quilt, I was told that the quilt was big, but in fact it was not big. It was OK if the weather was not cold. If it was cold, I would still need an extra quilt, otherwise it would not be enough for two people. By the way, there is a late night snack in an alley just a few meters away. The fried curry udon and grilled skewers are both delicious. Don’t be too fancy about pairing them with ice-cold San Miguel beer after watching the concert.

The hotel has surpassed our expectations. Very clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom with all necessary toiletry. Complimentary coffee and tea sets are provided. Nice swimming pool with the security guard on duty even on rainy days. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed to checkin 30 min earlier and checkout later due to the late flight that day, all free of charge. The location is convenient. Just a couple of MTR stops to all the central and touristy sites. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the nearby transportation hubs. Would stay there again and would recommend friends.

Excellent property and very convenient as they have shuttle service to MTR. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Even goes all the way to chase me, as I left something in the room during check out.

Thank you Kung Fu Hostels for accommodating my friend and I last minute. The location is perfect. Room was nice and clean. However I would say that there is a scary ambiance outside the hostel. To all women travels this would not be the first choice.

It was very cold at night as it is central air-conditioning. You cannot shut down the air-conditioning as the room control cannot turn it off. The only way is to ask for an additional blanket. The room service is not clearly indicated on the telephone set, even the woman on the front desk at night services couldn't tell the room guests how to operate, she just asked the guests to follow instructions at room but actually there is none of the guide found. Only the front desk on day services can tell to dial '0' to call room service. It was ridiculous! The so called family room is only adding one narrow bed slided out from another bed on the top when it is needed at night.
