Room: Big and spacious. Modern. Well laid out. With excellent lightings, very comfortable king size bed, large flat screen TV and a huge wardrobe. Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities. Bathroom: Big and spacious too with separate bath tub and rain shower cubicle. Excellent shower pressure. The basin has a mixer but with two separate tap controls. The WC is of standard design. Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction. My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

Nice Hotel but small rooms in compare with other hotels like penonsula. so it is better to see room size when booking.
Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
The location of the hotel within walking distance of Wan Chai MTR and Exhibition Centre MTR was very convenient for my wife and I to go to the different places that we need to go. Also the Star Ferry pier was within walking distance.[ The lady cleaner for the room was very courteous. There was a couple of days that we experienced some erratic problem with the tv sound system when viewing the the Jade channel. But this was quickly taken care of when we informed the cleaner.
The Park Lane Hong Kong a Pullman Hotel

Wan Chai and Causeway Bay
Conveniently located near Fashion Walk, Times Square and Causeway Bay MTR, this hotel made our Hong Kong trip extra enjoyable. Check-in was smooth. Deposit required, 500HKD per night or up to 2000 HKD. Executive lounge, housekeeping and room service staff were friendly and welcoming. Room is clean with great view. View from the rooftop is amazing too. If you’re planning to go on a Big Bus tour, one of the route stops directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay at The Park Lane the next time we’re on HK :)

Location quite good, close to MTR and trans etc. Staff in hotel and at breakfast very nice, front desk seemed abrupt. Room, corridors and facilities all clean but very tired - the hotel seems older than it actually is. Rooftop pool was cold but beautiful; fantastic views. What made the difference between mediocre and good for me was the breakfast, which was amazing. A huge range of every kind of food imaginable - Western-style cooked, continental, local food, fruit, yogurts, cereals, bread, pastries, rolls. Really impressive and very nice staff in attendance. My room was a bit chilly and I couldn’t get air con to blow warm air so they brought me an electric heater which did the trick. Shower was only lukewarm but I’m sure if I’d called front desk they would have tried to sort it.
Lanson Place Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

The room is marked 35 square meters, which is a bit exaggerated. Not as big as the 25 square meter room in the Regal Hotel next door. The net room rate here is now more than twice that of Regal Hotel. The big bed is not big, the quilt will be on, and the width is not enough. There are microwave ovens and electric stoves, but no tableware or kitchenware. The kettle has an alarm sound when the water is boiling and will not automatically disconnect (because it is not an electric kettle). If the spout is not properly closed, the alarm sound is very weak. When I remembered the boiling water, the water was almost boiled and it was a bit dangerous. Free bottled water and 3 small biscuits.
