Due to concerns about the relationship with no relevant experience, there was no special expectation for the Prince Hotel who participated in the quarantine hotel plan for the first time! The reason for choosing it is mainly because of the convenient location! But the result was overjoyed! 🤪 First talk about the hotel's service. Since the moment of check-in, I have felt the staff up and down the hotel, the kind of hospitality that is customer-first! After check-in, every time you have to call the front desk to find help, the responsible staff will always solve the problem for us quickly! This is especially important for passengers who need to be quarantined! 👍🏻 Regarding the room, it is comfortable, clean and fully furnished. We live in a suite this time. The space will naturally be larger, but it is indeed a very good choice for guests who need to work! 👍🏻 Regarding the meal arrangement during the quarantine period, the taste is very good, the temperature can be maintained, and the fast service of the staff responsible for the delivery of food! However, we mainly taste Chinese food. For the opinions of the Western Menu, other guests may need to provide it! 🙏🏻 This year is our second experience of quarantined hotels. Under the comparison situation, it highlights the Prince Hotel's intention to prepare every detail! If there is still such a need next time, we are happy to choose Prince Hotel again!

Location is excellent with easy access to MTR station exits and famous restaurants. Have to request at reception if daily cleaning is needed, which improvement is needed as the hotel rate is not cheap. Also take note that towels given got holes.

The hotel check-in time was late, and the staff went to work elsewhere. After waiting for a while, they finally came back. The room facilities are also as described, no difference. The location of the hotel is relatively convenient, and you can reach Sheung Wan Market in a short walk down the road. I may consider staying here again if I have the chance.

On check in, the hotel manageress, Ms Vanessa was warm and friendly. The room l stayed was neat and enough for a couple without any extra large luggage. , Aother hotel staff, Ms Evelyn was also warm and friendly in the hotel beside others. Our 8 days stay greeted by these staffs really make us feel at ease. l will be back even though the hotel rate charged is not very competitive. Congrats and cheers.

I stayed for four consecutive days, two of which were Xiaoqiang. First of all, on the first day, I was on the ceiling of the bathroom. When I took a shower, I suddenly saw something moving at the end of my eyes. Fortunately, it was already at the end, so I had to walk out with a quick shower , lead it underground and destroy it. Xiaoqiang has the length of his little finger, and now he thinks of it, he has chicken skin. The next day at the sink, when I wanted to turn on the faucet, I fell from a height and fell into the sink. I was so frightened that my heart broke away. Moreover, Xiaoqiang is very strong and fat, and he almost landed on my head. It was scary. experience. Reported to the front desk, but after the waiter came to the room, he cleaned up the mess, with a cold attitude, and asked us how many days we stayed. It felt like ”accept the opinion, and the attitude remains the same.” There was mold in the bathroom, and there were black spots on the bath towels. I had no choice but to go to other supermarkets to buy a towel for my own use, and also taught me not to be lazy and add more towels next time. I thought it would be easy to train, but now the training has made me nervous.
