In Hong'an, this hotel is pretty good. Both the front desk service and the cleaning aunt are very good! The rooms are also good, right at this price.

房間破舊，牆紙很多缺口，門鎖反鎖插口斷裂；衞生間沐浴液上有不明體毛；房間很熱很悶，詢問前台告知無法開冷氣或通風，態度冷漠，不提供解決辦法；夜晚環境非常吵鬧，無法入睡。

1.服務意識太差。因為帶娃，行李多，上午打電話聯繫前台，讓酒店有人退房了就通知我們過去辦理入住，但是對方就一句話“我們12點之後辦理入住的”；
2.衞生狀況太差。房間地毯相當臟；
3.設施陳舊破損。坐在床上靠着床頭，床墊會往下溜；花灑架破了，導致花灑無法固定到一個比較合適的位置，衹能對着牆淋水。
