酒店三樓是個KTV，唱歌到半夜三點鐘，根本沒法睡覺。酒店也不提醒，難道就沒有了投訴你們嗎？我們8人訂的三間房，都反饋一晚上沒睡着！打電話前台，也是敷衍一下，房間滿了，換不了房！你們沒有耳塞嗎？一點也不為客人考慮，酒店説也沒辦法？那你們開什麼酒店，住宿是基本功能，我到酒店又不是來聽鬼哭狼嚎的。
