三個字：臟、亂、差，布藝座椅都是臭的，洗澡水壓低，毛巾直接不敢用，設備老舊，房間所有吃的喝的包括礦泉水都是要錢的，開房時直接幫你開温泉卡，不泡温泉也得收你門票錢，退房時自動在按金裏面扣，服務員臉色比欠錢的還要黑😂這次北上旅遊10幾天印象最深山西洪洞恆富😂

太差了，房間邊上就是棋牌室，一晚上鬼哭狼嚎。熱水器是壞的，房間封閉，窗户無法打開，特別憋悶。温泉單獨收費，住宿不含。

下了高速就是酒店，來過幾次了，早餐人不多，品種也就中規中矩吧，房間衞生還是挺乾淨，房間的消費品還是蠻多哦，房間價格還是挺親民的，就是退房時大堂有很多買温泉門票的人，服務員有點顧不上。

房間不咋樣滿滿的消毒水味，適合洗澡，泡澡，不適合住宿。住兩天第二天還沒有給我打掃，問前台小姐姐説要出門時候涚，不然就不打掃的（不知道是什麼邏輯）酒店不提供免費礦泉水，酒店潮濕潮濕。體驗極差極差
附近沒有吃飯的地方，沒有外賣，太偏僻偏僻！！！！
