The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff changed the bath towels daily for everyone. The location is not far from Waikiki Beach; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the beach. It's also close to an ABC convenience store, which makes things even more convenient.

Pretty good. The room was clean, and the bedding was changed every three days, provided there was nothing on the bed. It's very close to the beach, with many luxury shops and ABC Stores nearby. The only minor inconvenience was that the water dispenser wasn't very convenient for rinsing during my wash-up.

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. They offer free luggage storage for suitcases and backpacks throughout your stay (until check-out), and you can easily retrieve or deposit items by simply asking at the front desk. When I checked in around 3 PM, there was a Japanese-speaking woman at the front desk, and in the evening, it was an English-speaking man. The facilities are generally clean, quiet, and problem-free. The common area has basic amenities like an electric kettle and a microwave, so you can eat and drink there. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

I ended up staying an extra day, and it was incredibly reassuring to have a Japanese staff member on hand. Their polite and friendly service put me at ease. The room was clean, except for the trash disposal, and the dining area was also spotless. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay overseas, with a good location, and just need a bed, I think you'll be more than satisfied! ✨

Excellent location, right next to Waikiki, just a 5-minute walk away. The facilities are new and modern, with a Japanese bidet toilet and a convenient, clean shower. The air conditioning works great. I had a very comfortable stay. It's a fantastic hostel.

I chose this place for my solo trip because hotels were too expensive. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on a main street, so I felt perfectly safe walking alone at night. Even though it's a capsule hotel, they provide towels, thin slippers, and a toothbrush. The sheets were clean, and it felt private enough that I could actually sleep. Since there are Japanese staff, communication in Japanese was easy. Everyone staying there was traveling solo, so it was very quiet. I even wondered if it was the quietest place in all of Hawaii (lol). The shared lounge/living area was also quiet, and you could get free tea and water. My capsule was next to the women-only door, so I frequently heard the door opening and closing in the middle of the night and early morning, which was a bit bothersome. My only real complaint would be the shared showers. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, someone hadn't rinsed out their hair after using the shower, and the sinks were also full of hair. I guess that's to be expected for this price point. Other than that, everything else was good. I think it's a great place if you can tolerate the showers.

I recommend it because the location is absolutely perfect, but I found the directions to be very poor. I arrived around 2 AM and, even after an hour, I still couldn't find the access door, which can only be opened if a staff member comes down to let you in. I only discovered this famous door because a woman knew where the intercom was! And their phone number (provided by Trip) is no longer in service. Overall, it's very clean and has a beautiful sea view.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Waikiki. However, the toilet and shower room weren't very clean.
