Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

The views are great. However, the first room the front desk assigned me was right next to the elevator and extremely noisy! I had to ask the front desk to change my room. The new room had a layer of dust on the table, the hairdryer plug was bent, the bath mat had bloodstains, and there were black spots on the pillows and sheets.

Great location, just a few minutes from Waikiki Beach. We booked an ocean view room, which was beautiful, and the view wasn't obstructed by the parking lot. The balcony was lovely, very relaxing to sit there, eat, and enjoy the ocean view. The best part was that even though I'm not a member, they gave me my room at 12 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The Asian cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic every time she saw us. We didn't leave a big tip, but she still thanked us repeatedly and even offered us coffee. Beach towels can be picked up and returned by scanning your room card. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor, opening at 6 AM.

The hotel is a bit old, and the breakfast was very basic. The pillows in the room also had stains!

Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. The staff were very patient when answering questions, and the hotel environment is great. We didn't get to use the pool because of stormy weather during our stay, but the mountain view from the room was beautiful.

Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room. Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable.

Not bad, but still a bit different from hotels in China. Make sure to book a sea view, otherwise it's not worth it.
