I loved how there was a kitchen and a balcony and accessibility to everything. And most especially the complimentary parking for our vehicle. Fantastic place!

Everything here was so great! Convenient and we really liked the gated community and the parking included. The rooms were perfect size for family of 4. The corner units have the bathroom separate from the bedroom this works best with older children and privacy.

I've stayed at Royal Kuhio multiple times and I already have another reservation.
Building is safe, well maintained and clean.
Centrally located, right in the heart of Waikiki. A block away from the International Market Place.
Front desk staff in friendly and professional.
Onsite gym and pool are nice to have.
Coin-operated laundry facility is on the 7th floor.
Free parking is a huge bonus!

Overall we had a good experience. Check in was smooth. Room and amenities were as expected. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. TV and Wi-Fi quality could have been better but was workable. Wish shampoo and conditioner available.

Our apartment was clean and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful.
It is very bright and loud 24/7. The hotel is located in a very busy area.

The sofa bed is horrible , mattress is worn down and the metal springs dig into your body , needs a new mattress ASAP
