Ohia Waikiki Studio Suites

This is an older hotel, but the lobby offers free water, and there's a large terrace. It's also very close to the beach, and the beds are good. Overall, the service is just passable, and the elevator occasionally breaks down. The sheets and duvet covers aren't very comfortable.

I didn't take many photos of this hotel. After staying at the Hyatt in Honolulu, Hawaii, and another Hyatt in Maui, coming here felt like a significant step down. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, right on Waikiki's busiest beachfront street in Honolulu, with the airport shuttle stop just outside. However, the rooms are a different story; they're quite old. I specifically booked a 'sky view,' but it turned out to be just a city view, which was pretty mediocre. The front desk service was also just okay. Its saving grace is truly the location, making dining and shopping very convenient. We stayed one night as a stopover before heading to another island the next day. I finally understand why so many people choose to connect directly at the airport and skip straight to their destination island – it's a good option.

They offer luggage storage. Kettles are available for rent. Free tea and coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch!

The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and cleanliness are just average. The service was alright though. Overall, it's acceptable.
