I booked through a third-party and thought I was getting a really good deal then a check in they charge another $30 for the resort fee this is common scheme to add value to their income and I will never ever book a hotel that charge of the resort fee because what the hell is that for.? This trip was for medical diagnostic purposes and not a vacation to Waikiki would never vacation to Waikiki. So the aqua hotel it's a little deceptive so my advice to travelers is to make inquiries about resort fees before you book good luck. I booked a room on the city side with no view and by doing that the room was much quieter than room is it face face Ala Moana Boulevard

Location, staff, amenities and everything else were perfect! Just spent a night for medical conference nearby. I would stay again for sure 👍

Good location. Short walk to waikiki beach. Less than 1 mile away from a good grocery store and you get a discount at iHop next door. Friendly staff, cozy place.

Because we cancelled our trip to the Big Island and decided to have an in-depth tour of Oahu instead, we chose to extend our stay. The surrounding environment is really nice. Ala Moana Beach Park and both sides of the canal are suitable for leisure and exercise. We were lucky enough to see a rainbow on the balcony of our hotel room. The No. 20 bus at the door goes directly to the airport. We had a great trip!

The location of the hotel is very good. The facilities are old, but the service is very good. The sanitation is not cleaned every day, but every other day. The bathroom is a bit small and the direction of the door is unreasonable. If you leave early and come back late and don't use the hotel facilities, the price/performance ratio is not bad. The balcony view is good .

The room is clean. Our room type does not have a balcony. The one next door has a viewing balcony. The beach can be seen from the window of our room, which is beautiful. We are very happy that there is a microwave in the room, but the air conditioner is too cold. I am more afraid of the cold. The children and dad like such a cold air conditioner.

Ala Moana Shopping Center is nearby, and the pink trolley arrives in front of the hotel, so it was easy to get around. Regarding hotel facilities, the amenities are not very complete, so we recommend that you bring your own toothpaste, pajamas, and slippers. It is an affordable hotel, so it is recommended for those who want to stay overnight without meals.
