I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel is one of the few hotels I have ever stayed in that received negative reviews.
First of all, we must recognize the kindness and enthusiasm of the staff, who are very helpful.
but! Many dissatisfactions:
1. I originally booked the hotel for the infinity pool. There are 2 swimming pools. The infinity part was very dirty and there were a lot of unknown floating objects. It is recommended to clean the swimming pool every day;
2. On the first day of my stay, without being notified in advance, the room next door or the floors above and below were being renovated at 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning! It didn't stop until we went out at 10 o'clock, it was very noisy! Although I later confirmed with the front desk that there would be no more renovations on the second and third days, there were still occasional knocking sounds from the renovations;
3. The location is actually not very convenient. There is only one gas station nearby, and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach and shopping mall. There are some street people on the sp****ly populated road along the way, and it feels unsafe;
4. The room names are vague. In English, they are roughly divided into premier rooms and club rooms. They both sound like high-end rooms, but they are very different! Later, research revealed that the premier room is actually a standard room. Only club rooms have access cards to the view bar, and obviously the view in club rooms is much better!
5. The 100 Sails restaurant downstairs has a buffet from Thursday to Sunday. After adding various fees, it is 100+ per person, but the dishes are very limited. There are only 4 types of desserts and 3 of them are very weak. The seafood and meat are not very fresh.
