good hotel in waikiki.

Convenient location. Hotel is also very clean and well run

Beautiful view, but walking distance kinda farther. The day I check out early in the morning, I called to front desk to ask if any one can come to check the room while we walk down to lobby, but the service was rude hung up without saying goodbye. They don’t have room cleaning here during your stay so prepare. We had breakfast at this Hotel is really breath taking view, but again the service is not excellent and the english muffins was burned.

The facilities are outdated, and the staff (a few of whom are of Asian descent) seem a bit discriminatory, but their attitude towards you will improve if you can speak fluent English. The Wi-Fi speed is slow, but the hotel's location is decent; it's close to ABC, the hotel, and the beach.

The facilities for a condominium are sufficient. Sheets are changed daily. Towels are changed about once every three days. Shampoo was not replenished even when it ran out. I was glad that I was given a voucher to exchange for ice cream on the first floor. There were two pools, and the smaller one was shallow, which was safe for children to use.

I stayed for five nights in a room on the 23rd floor with a sunset view. The view of the harbor and sunset from the room was beautiful. The number of towels and sheets changed varied depending on the day, but they could be brought to you if you inquired. Although it was away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, it was very convenient as it was within walking distance of the city center. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It was great to be able to walk to the surf spot. The staff were also very kind and we had many wonderful memories.

There was also an elevator for surfboards and the pool was great for leisure time. The room had a nice view and the service was also good.

The view of Diamond Head and the ocean was amazing! Drinking alcohol while watching the view from the lanai was a blissful time. The room was spacious and clean. There was a large refrigerator with kitchen detergent, sponges, and kitchen paper. On the L floor, there was a convenience store, cafe, poke shop, and ice cream shop, which was very convenient. We received an ice cream voucher for our stay, which we enjoyed every day. The only drawback was that the water pressure in the shower was weak and the water was lukewarm. It was a happy space that we would definitely like to stay in again.

It's OK, there is a balcony, the room is big, but it feels a bit old

The location is great, right across from Waikiki Beach. Some rooms have sea views, and ice cream coupons are given as a complimentary check-in. In a serviced apartment, there is no room cleaning. You can call the front desk to change towels and garbage bags. The facilities are old and the elevators are powerless to complain about... 4 elevators break down in turn, and I experience free fall from half a floor every day, and I am trapped in the elevator 😅 (the maximum capacity is 16 people, but it actually breaks down after 7 people)
