The rooms are not big (there are big ones) but the facilities are relatively new, clean and tidy. About 200 meters from the beach, the location is quite good. The hotel provides free beach chairs, towels, blankets, etc., and the lobby on the first floor provides free coffee, tea, etc. 24 hours a day, which is more convenient.

This is a new hotel. The location is good and the front man is very kind. There's even a welcome drink. The room was clean and you could see Waikiki Beach and planes taking off and landing between the buildings. This is the hotel I would like to stay at next time I visit Waikiki.

Stayed 3nights at family suites. Very functional room layout with 2bathrooms and 2beds devided by wall. Bed size stated as queen but actually standard dbl size. Good for a family of 3. Great location, near beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Nothing fancy but friendly helpful staff highlighted our stay. Breakfast has variety of fruits and sweet bread, basic but nice touch. Beach amenity is also helpful. Our room was bit dusty and bathroom conditioner was empty as well as plugged up, so uncomfortable taking shower.... other than that it was good stay.

A bit of a quirky place. Staff is high level and helpful. Building is older with some updates but with obvious wear. Great location right off the main ***** with shopping and beach within a couple blocks.

The Vive Waikiki was a great place to stay for our New Years Holiday. The staff is excellent... Breakfast was great, nice choices for a morning meal. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel is a great value for being in Waikiki. Location was awesome. It is not on the beach, but you are only a couple 2-3 blocks from the beach. I felt is was an excellent choice for our vacation and for the $$$.
