Rooms are spacious and clean and free toiletries are provided as well.
Did not book with the breakfast option but have taken a glance of the breakfast varieties, my personal view is not worth the money.
The only disappointment is the hotel Wi-Fi, it is SUPER WEAK!

NHHotel Schiphol Airport, this was my first time staying there for 1 week. I was kindly upgraded to a better room as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff were friendly. The hotel inside and out looks amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast every day in the Green room restaurant as it looked like a botanical garden. The food choices were plenty. I loved the hotel shuttle bus service as it was a comfortable 7 minute ride to the airport. A good way to start exploring Amsterdam. The pool and jacuzzi area looked lovely and welcoming but unfortunately it was very busy with other guests and I never got to experience it. Well maybe next time.

First off, every member of staff we came across was so polite and helpful when we needed it. On one of the days, we noticed we only had one large towel and the rest were hand or smaller. We just asked at the desk if we were able to get another one delivered up the next morning and he popped into the back and grabbed one straight away. Even when we had checked in, late (our flight arrived at 9:30 pm, we only got to the hotel after 10:30 pm), they explained they had a restaurant area, and a little mini market that was open 24/7, it had a little fridge with drinks and some crisps and snacks on the side, too. They informed us that none of the rooms have phones so if we needed anything at any point, unfortunately, we'd have to come downstairs to the desk, which we said wasn't a problem for us (it's not like a flight of stairs is going to ruin our entire trip). At checkout, they asked how everything was and were grateful that we enjoyed our stay. Because of this summer's heatwave, the room's Air Conditioning was a godsend. Once you tap the card on your door and walk in, you put your key into a holder that activates everything in the room; the lights, the AC. The decor is gorgeous throughout the hotel and in the bedroom. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the pillows and individual single duvets were wonderful (thank you, my other half steals the covers all the time!). We absolutely loved the bathroom and shower, the water heated up right away and was so relaxing, especially after the full days of walking we covered. Coming back to a warm shower and then cool AC, it was lovely. Also, the soundproof windows were amazing, didn't hear any cars going by or even planes, it was so peaceful and quiet - made for great sleep each night. The room was kept clean always, each time we came back at the end of the day, there seemed to be clean towels, the bed remade more tidily, and things neatened. It definitely feels well looked after. In one of the drawers was a safe where we kept our valuables (passport, iPads etc), things we weren't going to be taking outside with us. You enter a code you can remember and click 'Lock' then re-enter it to access it again. Really, really simple to use and extremely useful. It gave us peace of mind that we didn't really have to worry about our valuables. The area is really nice, it seems to be the majority of hotels, with a McDonalds about 5 minute walk away (perfect for a late-night meal - we definitely indulged) and the bus track/stop is literally 2 minutes away so transport is extremely accessible from here, and if you head 2 stops back to the airport, you have even more. The hotel, the people and the room were just incredible. Honestly felt like a luxury stay, and some days we didn't even want to leave the room! Hopefully next time, we'll try breakfast or dinner there. One thing we will say for people looking to travel into Amsterdam from here, it's either €6.50 for 90 mins for a 'bus, metro, tram ticket' e

The most convenient and sustainable way to reach the hotel is per train which is a short 5-minute ride away from Schiphol Airport to Hoofddorp Station and from here the hotel is located on a short 9-minute walk. Between 05:30 and 23:30 trains with a stop at Hoofddorp Station depart every 5 to 10 minutes and costs €2,60 per person to be paid beforehand at a yellow ticket station at the airport. Alternatively, the hotel can be reached with a short 8-minute taxi ride which will cost approximately €30 one-way. Poor experience. We were traveling with two little children and we requested if possible to have the room ready as we arrived quite early (11 am) but the answer was no or you can wait 30 mins and pay a supplement. Reception team is very junior and they need more training, never a smile or a friendly approach, and the senior staff just hiding in the back office. We had a family room and they were not enough towels bath soap and there was any hairdryer, we had to come downstairs every time as no one was picking up the phone. The only special mention is for the food and beverage manager(Romina and another pregnant lady-sorry I didn’t get your name) super helpful and smiling, thanks. Location wise is very convenient if you have an early flight but there is so little around the hotel, you’ve to get the bus to find a restaurant Breakfast was ok but If you’re a coffee only breakfast person I would suggest the caffè macchiato in front of the hotel, great croissant So I would go back? Definitely not as I wasn’t feeling welcome

I hadn't planned to stay here, but after arriving into Schipol from the Middle East to find my onwards connection to the UK cancelled, and with 35 other flights from AMS cancelled and lots of missed connections, needed to make a quick booking (through Expedia) and beat the rush for local hotel rooms. Being familiar with the Hampton brand, and in the knowledge that KLM would only recompense a 'mid-range' hotel, booked here. Firstly, I cannot understand previous comments about the hotel being difficult to get to or expensive by taxi. My booking confirmation had great directions, so I simply caught the sprinter train from Schipol to Hoofdorp, 4 minute ride, €3.50! From there, less than a five minute walk. The shuttle bus is currently not running, but to be honest my transit from the airport to the hotel was probably quicker. Check in was easy, up two floors by lift, and into my room. Now if you know the Hampton room, you know what to expect. The room was kind of basic, as if designed for the airline passenger market in mind. But it was comfortable, clean, decent sized bathroom and a superb shower. The bed was super-comfy. Basic tea / coffee making facilities, and a TV. But a few things to be aware of. Although really close to the station, it's kind of remote. Hoofdorp centre is a 15 minute walk away. And as there is no dinner at weekends, this can be a problem. However, the staff are on point to offer recommendations of places to eat if you fancy the walk into town, or if not, assist with delivery services. I guess I lucked in though, as the barman seemed to have guidance that if it was quiet, he could make pizzas for the guests, so 20 minutes later a brilliant stove-cooked meat feast pizza was in front of me. Although I didn't catch his name, many thanks, great customer service and much appreciated. As I had an early start the next morning, left before breakfast to get the first (05:35) sprinter train to Schipol, so can't comment. So in my situation, it really worked out for me, and happy to recommend if you're caught in a similar situation to me.

Very Pleasant Stay - No Real Complaints I stayed here for three nights in April 2023 and we had no issues - We stayed here because of the difficulties of finding a place to stay in Amsterdam and found this a pleasant, quiet alternative, the hotel is a bit out of the way in the sleepy town of Hoofddorp but is a mere 5 min walk from the station which is a 4 min train journey to Schipol Airport and 25 min or so train journey to Amsterdam-Centraal. We never had any issues using the train with them every 10 mins or so and running until early hours of the morning we had a good experience, the fares are cheap approx €6 to Amsterdam and €3 to the airport, although you can use contactless payments tio pay, The hotel itself is very modern, with the ability to cast to the TV in the room, the bathroom was nice and the noise from the airport was kept to a minimim by the thick windows. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly, the ability to check on on a machine was also nice as we were able to skip the queues and check right in. Would stay here again and reccomennd to anyone wanting to go to Amsterdam but can't find anywhere suitable in the centre!

The hotel was a little far out, away from food establishments and other shops, but my stay there was bliss of course. I managed to order takeaway and they have a mini 24/7 market near reception so I got my necessary goodies. You have to pay for the airport shuttle which is a little bizarre but it was a comfortable ride. It is Marriott, can’t go wrong with this one.

SSara LucenaIt is located about 10 minutes by bus from the airport, it really is very good if you don't want to pay a money in the centre of Amsterdam, but that's what, if you want to go to the centre you'll have to go back to the airport and there you'll have to make the transfer to the centre, But if you're going with time, it's worth staying in this apartment hotel. The room itself is fine, it is not big too, but it has a mini-kit (with all cooking tools, and cleaning kits), the perfect bed, or perhaps we were so tired of the trip that we seemed that, because we sleep in glory. The hotel was very clean and very clean. Our room had no balcony but the window was opened. To make 2/3 nights is perfect, very recommended. The hotel is just in front of the bus stop, and it takes every half an hour, so another point in favour of saying is a very quiet area surrounded by green gardens.

The room is not big, and the bathroom and toilet are separated from wet and dry areas.

The hotel near airport has free shuttle bus -orange bus Bastion but one bus goes to another Bastion hotel and then from this hotel second bus to Hoofdorp. We were at 14.40 in the reception but our room, and other people wasn't ready. Should be at 14.00. We waited 20 min. The room was ok, very small, with fridge and coffee machine. There isn't restaurants near the hotel, about 15 min from hotel is Papa's Beach Restaurant, near the lake, nice view, good food.
