Courtyard Amsterdam Airport
4.1/5113 Reviews
Amsterdam Airport Region
Nice location and very clean hotel. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the shuttle bus driver had all 4 women to put our luggage in the ourselves. We left the luggage outside the van and he said that he is almost 70 and he don't want to hurt his back. We are all over 50 and one of my party crew has some medical issues and has a hard time lifting and walking too far. I've never had a shuttle driver tell me to put my own bags in the van. WOW! On another note, Tessa at the front desk was a real jewel. She helped us from day 1 with information about what to do and the best way to get around. She was so pleasant and very friendly. She is a real team player and a keeper for the company.
