Absolutely pleasurable place to stay. Wonderful owners are hands on to make sure your stay is good! They also have an onsite manager to also make sure you are taken care of.

Very pretty property and quiet. Bed was comfy. Appliances all worked. The A/C took a while to cool down the room but it did the job.

We had a great stay at All Seasons! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic, especially Junior. It's located close to everything and you can take their bikes around town. Great place to stay!

The room was very colourful and clean. We were greeted by the Manager and provided with beach chairs to take to the beach. The room had 2 large beds and a mini fridge. All of the rooms are positioned around the tropical courtyard with tables and chairs as well as a BBQ etc. We met a few wonderful people from various parts of the world. Such a casual and welcoming guest house.

Stayed one night. Best room, of six Belize hotels I stayed in. Had to wait ten minutes until someone answered my rings. VERY much did NOT like the rushed very busy manner of the manager. Beach is a two minutes walk. VERY good brkfst at Kat's Coffee nearby.
