The Hotel is ideally situated and can access directly near the easy jet bag drop off in North Terminal. Don't even have to go outside. Checkin was so simple and all my previous requests were carried out. Room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Beds were very comfortable too. We had an early flight so only had continental breakfast which was delicious and set us up ready for our flight. Check out was a breeze too and there was a very pleasant helpful gentleman there even though it was 5am in the morning. Have booked again for our next early flight in May. Highly recommend

This was my second time staying at the property. It’s a very convenient place to stay as it’s joined onto the Gatwick North Terminal. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious, however, the floorboards do need replacing as they’re starting to creak. The breakfast is nice which offers a good selection of food including fresh pastries, tea/coffee and a fry-up. However, on the day I stayed, they only had vegan sausages with no other option of pork sausages. I questioned the management why this was, but gave me a very lame excuse of why they didn’t have any. This was the only downside throughout my stay however. Will stay again.

The staff really helpful and i like the location just about 1 minutes walk to go to departure. Just ask to the front desk anything that you need and they will help you abd give lots of information

Great hotel in the best location when travelling from Gatwick North Terminal. Everything was perfect from check in to the room itself. Will book again when travelling from Gatwick North, particularly handy when you have an early morning flight.

Great place but the water from the bathroom was not draining.

Arrived at reception checked in fine was not told about operating the lift didn't show the lower floor so ended up walking down stairs Lift information needs attention So most probably will not stay at this hotel again

Last minute decision to use airport hotel and was not disappointed. Location was as good as it could get at Gatwick north terminal. Modern comfortable room with great facilities. Friendly, efficient staff with prompt service and good food options. Will definitely use again.

Directly connected to North Terminal. Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is no water and fridge in the room.

Superb Gatwick hotel ! We had a 9am flight to catch n booked 2 rooms. I was very impressed with the size and cleaniness of the hotel. This hotel is a short 2 min walk to the North departure airline counters. Only regret, we couldn't try the tasty breakfast as we had to check-into the flight at 7am !!

Perfect location for north terminal as inside it, but this means there will be noise disturbance.Our hotel overlooked the terminal next to the shuttle train, which you can hear. The room is fine for 1 night stay, unfortunately the hotel had and issue eith jotvwater do had s cold shower, would hsve been helpful them to out a sign at reception and maybe in the lift to warn and apologise ad there were a number of unhappy guests, but I accept this was out if their control and that were doing their best to fix ASAP. We had breakfast included but only continental as hot breakfast not served until 7am and we had to check in to our flight at 6.30am, but what we had was OK, but wouldn't have paid extra for it. Overall, it was a good convenient hotel for an early flight and would stay again.

The location is excellent for those staying for a night to catch a flight out of Gatwick Airport.

The price of this hotel is quite high. However the way to this hotel is convenient which directly through the airport. It can save time for foreigners who delayed the next flight. Breakfast did not have many types of food. But general, it's okay.
